THE BATTERY IS 1/3 OF WHAT WAS PROMISED!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP !!!!I bought this laptop and have only had it for 3 days now. When I first opened it up and turned it on the battery was at about 75% and said only about 1 hour 40 minutes of battery life. Since I bought this because it said it had a 6 hour battery life I immediately contacted Amazon to get either a refund or return it for a new one and the refund would have taken a couple weeks so I was going to get a replacement laptop. After charging this to 100% it said the battery would last 6 hours to my surprise. So I canceled the return even though I was still skeptical given China makes terrible quality products. The next day I turned on my laptop to see it was at about 15% even though it was around 40% when I turned it off so it was draining the battery even when not turned on. I charged the laptop and then once it hit 100% I unplugged it and turned it back off to go to bed. As soon as I got home from work the next day I turned it on to see that the battery life was still at 100% surprisingly but that 6 hour battery life that has been promised was now at a mere 2 hours and 34 minutes on default power settings and only 3 hours and 15 minutes in full battery saving mode. Mind you this is day 3 of the laptop in my possession and after only the second charge. This has completely wasted my time and money as now I can't return the product. Jumper is a terrible brand that doesn't hold up to its promises. If you like to waste your money and gamble with Chinese products then by all means buy this laptop! However if your a normal person with common sense, steer clear from anything under the jumper brand of laptops.

The big benefit is that it is charged via USB-C, which means it can carry fewer chargers.
The favorite thing is that it can be flipped 360 degrees, can be used as a tablet or as a notebook.
It's fast enough to do what it wants to do; browse the web, watch YouTube on HD videos, and more.
The touch screen is correct and works fine. The hinges are smooth and feel strong, and they are often used like a tablet.
Out of the box, I opened the laptop, connected it to my Wi-Fi, entered my Gmail account and password and completed. When I said it ran for a few minutes, I was not kidding, not the Windows Lenova Yoga laptop I just purchased.
All in all, this is an excellent notebook flip, I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Oh well I guess my concerns were valid - the battery is even worse than I had thought. The battery began swelling portending failure), causing the bottom to "belly" out, so that all 4 feet didn't touch anymore, which made it very hard to use. Then, fully charged, it died 50 minutes into a 90-minute zoom call. OK, I should have been plugged in but that was the last straw. Returned. BTW I was unable to reset windows 10 to properly wipe data so I had to spend a lot of time cleaning it out and disguising user info. Windows is a pain in the butt, I'm switching to a chromebook!

Other problems: this may be universal in flip-tops but it was difficult to manage in tablet or tent mode, always unintentionally closing or switching the app - this is due to the narrow bezel which I liked at first. Also it would tend to show the screen upside-down on video calls, apparently thinking it was in tent mode.

Solid: pretty, sturdy, low price. Weak battery, a bit slow. I liked it enough to get 2.
I'm not a power user, do mostly web browsing, stream video, word processing, spreadsheets, powerpoints, reading books. I wanted a nice light, fairly versatile computer. I considered a tablet but need a keyboard - so the fliptop (why is that not a real name for this format?) works for me. But windows is a kind of a PITA, maybe I should try chromebook.

The good: The build quality of this little flipper is quite impressive, nice keyboard, great screen, light weight - I find nothing to complain about on appearance and feel. This looks and feels as good as an Apple IMO (but lighter). I also like the small, USB-C charger (however see battery comments below). I haven't tried casting video yet but other reviews say it works fine. I like that the solid state drive is easily upgradable.

The not so good: Of course it's not the fastest PC, takes longer to boot than my (fairly old) i5 - powered laptop, and downloads aren't super quick. It isn't slow enough to really bother me though.

The bad: battery life is pretty bad. I'm OK with it, I'm almost always near a plug and the charger is really small and light. Batteries are heavy and expensive - which explains how this little gem can be so light and cheap!

For the first few months I was somewhat happy with the laptop. However found the battery charge only lasted 2 hrs. at the most. After continuing to use I ran our of space and tried updating the SSD Sata 3 drive however everyone I tried was not recognized by the laptop. Working with vendor and Amazon but it is a very very slow process. If not resolved within a month I plan on getting a refund from Amazon.
UPDATE:
I Changed my rating due to the fast and excellent support from this vendor. After getting in touch with Amazon support they put me in touch with the vendor via email and to my surprise they responded overnight. Wow, they sent me a procedure the fens led the SSD drive to be seen and used. It would have saved time if included with the laptop but no complaints with their excellent support
Procedure
1) After installing SSD Drive, power up laptop. No drive is shows.
2) Right click on start menu and select Disk Management.
3) you will see new drive at the along with original drive
4) Right click on new blank drive and select simple new volume
5) A new simple volume wizard will come up
6) just continue with next unless you want to change the defaults all the way to format.

After this is complete you will see the new drive your PC. I hope this helped.

 I love this little laptop. Is a great size but has a lot to offer in it's small package. I homeschool my son so I use it to track his progress and for everything else you can think of. The touch screen works wonderfully the mouse pad is great but with its bluetooth capabilities you can add a bluetooth mouse if you need it. The only thing is it has no USB ports. But you can get an adapter and it does have a mini card slot.
If you want a compact, lightweight laptop that does everything and has plenty of storage a ram, but this laptop! Its awesome and love it!

I was looking for a new lap top to write my stories on. I wanted something light weight that I could use anywhere. I was skeptical with the brand Jumper, because I was unfamiliar with them. I knew they were a Chinese company and the reviews on youtube seemed pretty solid. Packaging was great. The laptop is everything it describes. Its fast, very light weight, and touch screen. A surprising feature, NO BLOATWARE! I mean none. It comes with basic Microsoft apps and Windows 10 but zero other crap. No Jumper stuff. Doesn't even have the Norton Virus stuff on. Simply has the Windows Defender that's comes with it. So far so good with this product.
