This has my attention! I love a bit of rough and tough. It has plenty of family drama, a little horror (as in what happens to you when you cross the mafia) and lots of love/hate sex. I am left on a cliffhanger so will be picking up the next book straight away. Very well written.

Unexpected twists galore!

I thought I knew where the story was going… but boy did I not have a clue! I was taken aback by the turn of events and by the actions of certain characters. It seems that looks can be deceiving. Monsters don’t always look the way you think they do. I was surprised by how easily Talia takes to her new situation. She accepts her place as Kostas' wife with relative ease but she does push back when he refuses to concede on certain issues. I don’t blame Talia and her actions. She is placed into a difficult situation and is doing what she can to survive. But I don’t think she ever thought she should actually develop feelings along the way. Now Kostas. He is an intriguing individual. Granted, he is a total a..hole but Talia isn’t the only one who develops feelings. He, as much as Talia, is taken aback by the events that unfolded and is trying to get his head around everything and get his business in order. Just when I thought I knew where the story was going at that point in time, I was taken aback once more. Both K Webster and Nikki Ash have managed to keep me on edge and uncertain about everything. The story lives up to its name. There is so much hidden that I can’t wait to see what Stolen Lies has in store.

Wow this book was way beyond my expectations. I knew it would be amazing but damn it was just way better than I imagined.

I loved the banter Kosta and Talia had it gave them an edge that kept you captivated. I loved that even though Kosta was this big mob boss and she viewed him as a monster she still stood her ground and fought him every chance she had.

I also loved Kosta had a softer side where Talia was involved. It gave him a more sexier side that eveb though you felt you had to hate him you couldnt help but love him at the same time.

I loved that he had that dominate controlling side. But still had that softer sweeter side that he only let out for Talia.

This was a story with a few twists, enough angst to fill a football field and enough passion to have you fanning yourself.
It held my interest throughout and it gave me chills reading it. I really enjoyed reading this twisted love story.

Omg I heart these authors on there own but togther they are somthing else. These characters wow. Kostos and talia make me swoon, heat up and blush on every chapter. I can't wait for the second book in this duet.

I knew when I saw that K. Webster had a new duet coming out that I HAD to read it. Along with author Nikki Ash, this is a story that will have your head spinning but leave you wanting more.
Talia is in college, living a carefree life and about to go to America with her boyfriend. When her brother arrives to take her back to see their father. She doesn't know why or what is going on and her brother doesn't know either or will not tell her.
Kostas family is part of the mafia and they basically own the island of Crete. No one messes with them or their family. He is perceived as a monster. He wants people he has to deal with to see him that way too. So they will be very afraid of him and will not try to cross him.
But when Talia's father crosses Kostas family, it is Talia who has to pay the debt. While Kostas's father doesn't tell him why he holds a grudge against her father, he doesn't see it as a hardship to marry her. She is beautiful after all.
Will Talia and Kostas get married and live happily ever after? Will they learn the real reason his father hates her father? Will Talia be able to finish her last year of college? Are there any enemies of Kostas that will try to harm Talia?
This story is filled with suspense, action, intrigue, lust, sexiness, and is fast-paced until the cliff-hanger ending. So sit back and enjoy the roller coaster ride that authors K. Webster and Nikki Ash have started and it is wide open. I can not wait for book 2.
