tl:dr- Very impressed, incredibly stable, well worth the price.
Feet: The rubber feet are really good. I deployed the tripod on a really messy floor, stone tiles but with a carpet and lose papers on stuff on the floor. Regardless the rubber feet stick incredibly well and didn't slide. They aren't sticky like tap or anything, but the force of friction will keep the tripod from moving when bumped with a good amount of force. Even trying to push it over at max 66 inch extension and it barely moves from it's original position. Maybe they'll get worse over time but even then I expect they'll be good at stabilizing the tripod.
Legs: The legs are also great. There are 4 segments with the 66in model and they are held in place with snapping clips that take a good amount of force to lock and unlock. Not enough where you might break it, but enough were you are never going to accidentally change the length of a leg (which was a common problem with cheepo-tripod). I think it's just the right amount of force out-of-the-box. Again even if they wear down over time it should still be plenty of holding force.
Height: The legs alone will get you about a 57in height at full length, just bellow my eye level. It took me a little bit to figure out how to extend the central column but once I saw the Amazon picture and checked the instructions it wasn't hard to do. There is also a locking mechanism for the little structs that connect the legs to the central column which is nice for further stability. Again this is an incredibly stable tripod, especially as it seemed to be the cheapest option taller then my eyes. The 66in measures the height base of the mount, so with my pretty standard home video camera on it the lens is actually about 68in high. Way more then I will probably ever need (the lens is just above my head) but that's what I wanted. At full extension they take up a floorspace of a circle ABOUT a foot and a half in radius. But that's full extension seems pretty reasonable even in my small room.
Angle: Although the pictures don't show it, the camera can tilt to a full 90 degrees downwards. So it should have a full range of motion of 360 degrees and everything bellow a level angle. It can also be tilted up by just extending the legs by different amounts. The rubber feet are on a pivot so they can keep the tripod firm on the ground even at extreme angles. So the upwards range of motion is more then I am comfortable actually tilting my camera back. Which is again good as it's more flexibility then I need. There is also one of those bubble-leveler things on the stand mount to help you figure out if your stand is level. The default 0 degree angels are really easy to get though so if your floor is level you shouldn't have any problem with that. However the level isn't on the part of the mount that angles horizontally (to put the camera on it's side). So you either have to eyeball that or use another level. If I have one problem with this tripod it's that but I don't think it's a big deal as there are ways around it.
Hook: The hook is a nice edition as well. I doubt I'll ever use it, but it does give me the option of hanging the camera from the ceiling if I ever need more height. The hook also takes some force to move so the tripod would probably be pretty stable if it's hung from a secure surface
All in I'ld say all tripod is very stable, durable, and well worth the price. I expect I'll use it for years if not decades until it breaks, probably because I did something dumb with it rather then as a fault of the product itself. I'm not really an expert in the professional tripod world but honestly I'm surprised it's not worth a fair bit more then what they charge. 10/10 would buy again
PROS
-Feels stable and has spot for a weight if needed.
-Full Extension is great, all the latches lock.
-Lightweight.
-Bottom of the feet are like tire rubber, so it has a good grip. (They also are on ball joints so they can be on uneven surfaces.)
-Built in level scale!
CONS
-Lots of the adjustment pieces are plastic- which means they stick and feel like they'd break easily
EX: After unfolding and locking the legs in place, the lock piece jammed immediately. It took many tries over the period of a few hours to get it to unstick. (NOTE: Could be user error, I screwed it tightly in order to make sure it didn't get loose and fall over.)
-The feet were difficult to put on, didn't fully screw in, and they cut my fingers when I did try to screw it in fully. Once on, hard to get off.
-The bag is ok, a typical inexpensive tripod bag. It should be notes there's no pockets for the extra attachments, so they won't fit in, and you really have to force the tripod in the bag if the feet are still on.
OVERALL: Not the best tripod, not the worst. I have faith that it will hold my camera, and it feels sturdy, so I will be using it. However, I do feel like the plastic pieces may cause me issues in the future, and I feel like it would definitely need a weight if filming outside in any wind.
For $29 good deal! However, keep in mind the cost of a new camera if something were to go wrong…

Point NEGATIF :
