    Bought this for my home-grown 750 watt Bafang powered mid-drive E-bike. I broke 3 chains recently, hill climbing, one I broke twice and it wasn't 3 weeks old yet. Put this on, It's been a month and no problems. If it's still not stretched or broken next month, buying another to just have on hand.

    I recently upgraded my bike's front chainring from the factory 53T to a bigger 56T one and I needed a longer chain to make it all work properly.

    The OEM chain was stiff and resistant to rolling. This newer, longer chain from KMC rolls like butter and it shifts fluidly thru the entire gear range. I can arguably feel there's far less resistance felt when I pedal now, too.

    Way too soon to tell if the special coating holds up, but we shall see. So far, I'm very happy with my choice in replacement bike chains!

    Have a few of these chains. Easy to install, master link provided, and will outlast your chainrings/cassette before stretching if you are not an extreme crosschainer. You get wide links, and lots of links... great if you run a triple chainring. Fits my 48x36 drivetrain which was a few links short for a sram chain. Managed 4000 miles on my first KMC chain on a 2 chainring setup, and only replaced it because the cassette teeth wore out and started skipping. Old chain still worked on new drivetrain, though it had some slight side play. Saved it as a backup.

    Factory lube is a bit sticky, wipe it down after the first few rides, or remove it all and swap to dry lube.

    Using this chain on my MTB with a lekki bling ring and 1200 watt hotrodded Bafang BBS02. My chain was dropping off all the time before I put this on, now it's flawless. Seem very well built.

    I'm running this chain waxed with simple paraffin wax has given me a much cleaner chain. I've ran this chain for over 100 miles now and am still on my original waxing. I think I may have up to 200 miles before I need to wax it again... so look into that. The mileage I'm able to put on my ebike taught me how dirty a chain can get if you use wet lube. Simple, cheap paraffin is the way to go.

    I have had to replace multiple chains periodically for my mid-drive ebike since the motor (1000W) is really tough on them. This is the first chain that has so far outlasted all of them and at last check, it was still not registering any stretch. I'd recommend you clean the new chain with solvent and grease it properly since it comes with a waxy coating which would be a dirt magnet. Price was also reasonable.
