FIT:The first question is does the shirt fit?When I first saw the negative reviews I assumed this was a shirt made in China using China sizing, but in fact it is made in Jordan (according to the tag). Thus I was expecting a medium to be so tight that my belly rolls would stand out like a lite firework in the dark. But as you can see from the pic, where I normally wear a Large (I'm in-between sizes) this "loose" fit shirt fits fine as a Medium!!MOISTURE:This is supposed to be different than "regular" moisture-wicking tech-shirts in that it uses something called "vaporactive cooling".The tag stuck to the shirt says, "This isn't wicking. This is next generation moisture management and odor control. MISSION VaporActive(tm) powered by patented 37.5 technology, rapidly evaporates and removes sweat, so you can dry faster, stay cooler, go longer. It's in the fiber, so it won't wash out."I find other tech shirts out there with 37.5 cotton, but this is a 37.5 polyester.I left for a 10-mile run at 7am and it was already 80-degrees out. So it was already starting a bit warm.I've been running off and on for last couple of years but this was the first time I've ever had nipple chaffing, which hurts badly about 1hr after a run. Two things could be contributing to that...a) weather is colder so hard nipples rub more easily against shirt; b) coarse shirt, such as cotton. Granted after reading several articles/message board postings; plenty of runners can wear the same clothing and suddenly get nipple chaffing for no apparent reason. Coincidence my first time out with this shirt and I had chaffing after running a thousand miles before this and no chaffing?!?.Well, I'm chalking it up to the fact that this chaffing because the shirt was working and cooling me down...I just need to protect myself against future chaffing.COST:$30 for a tech shirt (different blends of polyester) is too much for me, especially when I get other polyester, tech-shirts for 1/3rd the cost. Loss of a star.OVERALL:My shirt fit fine. Seems to work...too well..in keeping someone cool. But is a little pricey for my tastes.
