The product, Purina Pro Cat Food is excellent, but the manner in which it came was awful! All but seven of the cans of cat food were dented. Some so dented the cans were dripping! I will order it again, but if the next case is filled with damaged cans, I will order it from Chewy. :(

Great to help with your kitty that has potty issues. My cat can’t have to much kibble or he’ll get “backed up” (Feline idiopathic cystitis) and try and pee everywhere but his litter box. He doesn’t like to drink from his fountain 😑 Ever since he’s been on this food haven’t had that issue! One thing is some cans come dented and occasionally I’ve found that some cans have less food in them. Great for the price tho $50 for 24 5.5oz cans? Can’t beat it!

We get this for one of our older cats. Urinary track health for any cat is important, but even more important as the cat gets old. We started giving our cat this when he was about middle age and he is now going on 18 years old. His eyes are failing but he is in great health otherwise.

Not grain-free but no ill-effect for my cat with urinary tract history

My cat loves this food. He's not such a fan of the chicken flavor but the ocean whitefish makes him super duper happy. I ordered the chicken flavor by mistake once and he was devastated. He leaves it in his bowl for a bit longer and comes back to it after he's sure I've noticed that he didn't eat it up at one sitting. I notice and then tell him that I'm sorry. He repeated this until the ocean whitefish was served again, scarfing it down quickly. Yum!

My cat has had no urinary tract issues while on this food. Before eating this food he was on a dry food only diet because other wet foods I gave him made his poop unbelievably stinky and perhaps even a bit looser than what it should have been. Because of the dry food only diet, his skin became dry and he had less energy. Feeding him one can of this food a day (with dry food left out for eating at his leisure) has revived him! His poop isn't stinky like when he ate the other wet food, he has more energy, and his skin has improved!

I determined after introducing this wet food to my kitty's diet, that he has a grain allergy. I switched his dry food to a grain free blend but kept this wet food to see if it would cause issue. This food doesn't cause issue with his skin which is wonderful because finding grain-free wet food made specifically for a cat with urinary issues is near impossible.

I was worried that because it’s a healthier food option, they might be finicky. I’ve tried other urinary tract health food for them before and they’ve turned up their noses at it. Not this food! They lick their bowls clean within half hour of getting it. The cans are smaller than usual tins, but it’s worth it if they eat the whole thing, unlike their other food. No waste, healthy food!

I have 2 cats. One is older and has lost some teeth and has kidney issues. He barfs a lot. The vet put him on the Hill Science prescription food. Which he just kept getting sick on and then both cats wouldn’t eat it. This food is a miracle! They love it and no cats are barfing. I split a can between them (giving the older one 3/4 of it). The other cat eats dry food mostly, which the older one can’t. I digress. My cats are healthy and happy and I’m extremely happy because I am the only “cat barf cleaner upper” in the entire family. My older cat is putting back on some much needed weight!
