The book was a perfect summer read! The author has a way of writing that draws you in and makes you become invested in her characters and the story line. I flipping loved everything about Pierce and Rian's story. I adore that Rian is a strong female character and that she challenges Pierce in every way! The story is well written and amazing.

It's true, I love Helena Hunting. I first discovered her through her PUCKED series, which you should definitely read, and have continued to read her books including the SHACKING UP series. This book is the third book in the SHACKING UP world. 

Helena is a queen in the writing world of romcom's if you ask me. She crafts funny, smart, sexy, and crazy characters. They draw you in from the beginning and keep you engaged until the very last page. Her stories make you laugh out loud, they give you all the feels, and at the end leave you satisfied and in love. I Flipping Love you is no exception to this. 

Pierce is swoon-worthy, ladies! He is into Rian from the first encounter and never backs down from his feelings. He's so sweet and attentive and just an all-around good guy. He never sways with his feelings and is pretty much all in from the beginning. Rian has a bit of a past (no spoilers) that make her more reserved and reluctant to give in to her feelings for Pierce, but he works hard at breaking down her walls. 

The characters have hilarious banter, out of this world chemistry, and the sexy scenes are just that...sexy!  I'm just going to say that I will now look at the beach and my dryer in a different light!  

Like I said, I love Helena. If you are looking for a fun and sexy read pick up one of her books. You won't regret it.  I Flipping Love you is just that... A fun and sexy read.  I definitely recommend this book.

Helena does it again with this entertaining contemporary romance! And I'm not just saying that because of the cover hottie sitting in an ADIRONDACK chair.

Told in alternating POV. Rian and her twin sister are real estate agents / flippers in the Hamptons. Pierce is an attorney in NYC, but spending the summer in the Hamptons to help his brother flip houses. After an amusing first-meet of mistaken identity, Rian (pronounced Rye-Ann but spelled with an 'i'), start of a summer romance begins!

“Huh?” I blink and realize I’m probably sporting a very blank look. I squeeze his arm. “Just enjoying the gun show.” He smiles, but it’s not as cocky as usual. “I can do push-ups on top of you later if you want.” “While you’re naked?” “Is there any other way?”

Rian is my spirit animal! She is snarky, not afraid to speak her mind, and bears a love of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, like peanut butter goes with jelly.

“Yes. You’re gorgeous, outspoken, and intelligent. It’s a hard-on-inducing trifecta.”

The chemistry between Pierce and Rian is palpable. I enjoyed how Pierce continued to relentlessly pursue Rian despite her efforts to keep things platonic. It was a fun game of cat and mouse. However, I did get a bit frustrated with Rian when she doubted their relationship after all Pierce had done to reassure her, and just wished she would talk to Pierce about it.

Overall, their romance was such a delight to watch unfold. The secondary characters created a fluffy nest around Rian and Pierce, it made it hard not to love them. From lots of flirting and sincerely insightful convos, this makes a perfect summer beach read!

4 CINNAMON TOAST STARS!!
PS: Although this is the 3rd book in the "Shacking Up" Series, it can absolutely be read as a stand-alone.

This book hit my kindle at midnight and I stayed up all night long getting up close and personal with Pierce Whitfield and Rian Sutter. Let me tell you that author Helena Hunting as given us readers another wonderful read based on that fun family yes based from the Shaking Up series. If you have read Hooking Up or Shaking Up we all know Pierce is the lawyer in the family but I had NO IDEA what kind of attorney and why they the family needed him. OH MY No you do not need to have read the first two books to appreciate this one but hey let me just say two words, Helena Hunting... Yep you will want to read the other books. Just saying. Anyways back to THIS book and Pierce. He is in the Hamptons for a reason this summer and it is a hoot and a half. Now, I am not going to share the reason cause for me that was a fun laugh and I want you to enjoy finding out that one yourself. Let's just say Amilee I will never look at you the same again girlfriend.
Rian is a twin not exactly but very close...and that twin did a hit and run on Pierce's very expensive car. A week later he sees Rian in a grocery store and thought Rian was the runner... starting to see where this is going... He was attracted to her too. So many more things happen in this book that are kismet or fate to bring them together. But Rian has a huge wall she has built around herself and with very good reason (which of course is in the book). I love that we get to see not only these two characters but we get to see Lawton, Pierce and Amie's other brother. He is a hippy dippy himself and I am hoping we will get to read a book based on him someday soon. We also have Marley the twin who is the total opposite of Rian plus we get to catch up on some of the characters from Hooking Up like oh I don't know Sexy Lex and Aimie.
This book is yes a romcom in the true Helena Hunting style but it also has romance and even gives us some real estate info if you look closely. It definitely was worth missing sleep over to read!

I could not put this book down, if I did it was only because I had to go to work. There was so many things that were said that made me laugh and then there’s a few gnome issue that was hilarious.
You have to love 2 sisters that are twins and how they are very different I also loved Pierce,how could I not. I will swoon on this one for awhile.

Rian is a frat twin the other called Marley, who have had to depend on each other, due to a situation they had no control over. Rian and Peirce meet after Marley had a slight impact on Pierce’s Tesla!! The result is perfection. A really enjoyable experience.

I really loved this book ! It was fun and playful , light and sexy with a sprinkle of angst making it a great read that I was Hooked on from start to finish .

Rian is a sexy , sassy ,passionate and outspoken gal who doesn’t put up with people’s crap and doesn’t give her self away easily ( usually)

Pierce is Amelie’s brother and I loved that connection. We get sneak peaks of Amalie throughout the book which was a nice addition . Pierce is also sexy and passionate and is seen at first by Rian an a-hole but he’s determined to get her attention when their chemistry is not something either of them can ignore . And he’s downright lovable !!!

Both Rian and her twin sister and pierce and his
Brother Lawson are in the real estate game
Of buying and renovating houses to flip or keep and this is both common ground for them and a point of discord .

There’s lots of banter and quite a few hot sexy
Times , I just really enjoyed reading this ! And I’m looking forward to reading the next installment to this series !!!
