Product Description

Granular Allulose Keto Sugar
Allulose A Rare Sugar
Allulose A Clean Sugar
Allulose A Fun Sugar
Allulose A Healthy Sugar

Color Me Keto Premium Allulose is the great-tasting sweetening option that provides the full taste and enjoyment of sugar, without all the calories. It provides bulking and sweetness in food products while reducing calories, and therefore it can be used in many applications that conventionally employ nutritive and non-nutritive sweeteners.

Allulose was first identified in the 1930s and has since been found in foods such as figs, raisins and maple syrup. It offers the uncompromised taste and mouthfeel of sugar, without all the calories or glycemic impact. Allulose also behaves like sugar in a variety of applications, making formulation easier for food and beverage manufacturers.

Allulose is good - not great but good.
4 Stars
Allulose is good - not great but good.
So, I have been using alternative sweeteners since January 2019 - I've tried Stevia (bitter but decent depending upon which one you get - I always get an organic one), erythitol (so so taste but pretty good price), xylitol (do NOT use if you're Keto - too high a glycemic index AND POISON to dogs), monkfruit (mild and nice taste but VERY expensive) and no allulose (decent taste but expensive). Attached are my Keto desserts (some of them I make a mean cheesecake which I'm waiting to make for my sister so I won't eat it all by myself!!) I love baking now and my Keto lifestyle so I'm definitely going to keep Stevia/erythitol and monkfruit in my supply for baking but I'm undecided about allulose - it's decent but it's expensive - then again? All good things in life usually are!
