I LOVE this series and the series it offshoots from! I've been looking forward to Hunter's story since I started the first series! I read it in about 4 and a half hours ... just after 1am I finished lol it's too long between books ... I want the next one now!

This book had me laughing, crying, screaming and wanting to pull my damn hair out these two have to be the most frustrating couple ever holy hell Lucy is just all over the place that I feel sorry for Hunter, Aussies will know the saying don't know weither he was Arthur or Martha.
Was interesting that she ended up with pretty much two stalkers and a Knight lol.
Some very funny scenes who doesn't love hearing about waxing horror stories yet guy ones at that definitely had me in stitches and OMG Claire is really freaky she definitely into the kink but oh my god she is just a total Nerd librarian who only thinks of book and fantasies.

Lucy is in hospital and Hunter is demanding that she goes to his house, he said things are going to change between them, watching him frustrated she nearly fans herself but doesn’t want him to know she wants him, she can’t go home with him, he wasn’t the man you settled down with, she wanted to believe him but had to guard her heart.
After a few arguments Hunter lets Lucy know that he wants more with her and he wants a chance, but it doesn’t last long when he freaks out over something Lucy says and she decides to get her own apartment.
Hunter sees Lucy again and says he needs time to adjust he’s never been in a relationship before, but Lucy lets him know he wants to own her on his conditions and that’s what she doesn’t want.
His friends give Hunter some advice and he starts Operation Get Lucy Back, but the plans don’t always go well with some back firing on him.
Lucy’s had enough, she’s tried letting Hunter know she doesn’t want him, but he keeps sending notes, but Hunter lets her know he didn’t send them, and she needs to tell him what’s going on. After giving Lucy mace and a gun, and what he says Lucy knows Hunter is sweet it’s just how he goes about it.
Lucy refuses to accept protection from Hunter with everything going on, even knowing she should she just sees him wanting to control her again, but Hunter’s really trying to do everything to get Lucy back, but will she push him away one to many times.

Lucy isn't sure Hunter is ready for a relationship but she's willing to try.

You can see and feel that they want each other but will they get there HEA.

This is a really great read. I loved the chemistry between Hunter and Lucy and the steamy scenes are soooo hot. Lucy has a stalker and the possible suspects are all have a motive. I forgot to mention that Hunter is Uber dominant and Lucy has a love/hate relationship with his dominance. This book is action packed, suspenseful and full of the normal banter between the Reed Security guys.

I don't know how she does it!!! Seriously, just when i think i can't fall in love more with an author and her books, i read the next book and bam I fall all over again. There's just something satisfying to me about watching 2 stubborn people fight the inevitable and fall down the rabbit hole and the sparks that tend to fly in the process and Hunter was definitely a very satisfying read for me with just enough emotion, lots of sizzle and humor. I can't wait for the next book!!! I absolutely loved it!!! Even the parts where i wasn't sure if i wanted to laugh or cry.

Lots of action and intrigue. I did suspect the wrong chap all along! Hunter and Lucy started out as friends with benefits. After her scare in a house fire he decides she is going to stay with him to be looked after. Lucy is not happy with that, their push and shove relationship is steamy, happy, sad and aggravating. But they get through the challenges they have to face.
