This stroller was shipped fast and was really easy to put together. Two hundred dollars was my spending limit, and I know I got the best stroller I could for my money. I'm pleased with the initial quality. I really wish air filled tires were an option. Then it would be perfect. The wheels that come with it aren't bad. At first they seem like plastic, but they're this really hard rubber material. I think they will last. It's a good height off the ground. Not too high, but high enough to go through some snow (I hope). I pushed it pretty fast and the ride is not bad but not quite smooth. I know my dog still feels bumps in the sidewalk, but it doesn't seem to bother her. I did put something softer in the basket so she's not sitting on the hard bottom. There is a pad that comes with it, but the pad is more for looks if you ask me.
I will use this every day for my 13lb dog while she is undergoing heartworm treatment for two months, and will write another review after that time to update on how it held up. We are in Wisconsin and the snow is already upon us at the beginning of November so I will be taking this through snow and ice. Also, I have three other large dogs so I have to push it with one hand always. It glides effortlessly over the sidewalks and takes off-roading and curbs like a champ so far.
There were very few negative reviews online that I could find about this stroller. In some reviews I read that it was tippy or unstable. I did not find it tippy at all. It seems sturdy and stable to me. I also read about problems with the front wheel. I have given it two rigourous 30 minute test rides and had no issues with the front wheel. The basket for the dog is not large. I think a medium sized dog would fit, but not be able to lay down. My 50-something pound springer would not fit. This did not come with a rain/snow cover, nor can I find that the company sells one. This is disappointing because I will be using it in all weather. The handle would be a very comfortable height for people 5'10 and under. I'm 6' and my arms are extended down all the way to push it. I love the window on the top so I can see the dog in there while I'm pushing it. The canopy is really easy to use, is a good design, and I don't mind the zippers. My first impression is that they are sturdy and will not be a problem. I used the stroller in the evening as it was getting dark, and I didn't notice any reflective strips. Bike lights made for handlebars attached easily to the tubular frame and made it safer to use at night. I kind of wish the basket on the bottom were open, with no zipper because I think it would be easier to quickly grab things out and toss things in. But I'm nitpicking now.
Overall I am really impressed. I can't tell you how many hours (yes hours) I spent reading reviews and watching videos on different dog strollers. It's embarrassing. And after all that I ended up with this one. Are there strollers that are made better with more features for more money? Yes, but this one is the best under $200 for small dogs IMO. Hope this review helps you in your own search for a stroller.
UPDATE:
This thing pushed really well through the snow and ice. I didn't hesitate to take it when there was snow on the ground. it's held up exceptionally well for the times that I used it during her treatment. We only used it for 2 months because she really prefers to walk. As soon as her exercise restriction was lifted we stopped using the stroller.

A few draw backs to consider. It was pricey. I considered a cheaper version of a stroller but two front wheels vs one like this model seemed like it would be hard to steer. I assumed this stroller would have a free rotating front wheel that would help with steering but it doesn’t have a free turning axle so steering is a bit tricky. I have to tip the front wheel off the ground to make a hard right or left turn. Fortunately, my pup only weighs 32 pounds so it isn’t too hard.
Another thing to consider about this stroller is the size when it is in folded down for transport. It takes up a lot of room in my trunk because this stroller only folds the bed onto the large wheels. I can manage but if I were going on vacation and needed the space, this would be a problem. I might be able to take the wheel off to make it take up less room but i have yet to try removing the wheel.
It’s cute though. My dog likes it. I’m having a bit of a problem with the zipper that closes the cover. This is necessary in stores. It is only working in one direction now but as long as it zips in one direction I’m happy.
Knowing now what I know about this stroller, I would suggest to read the product info carefully. It seems there are strollers in different price range catagories. Less than $100, over $100+ and then $200+. I bought this online because I couldn’t find anything locally after searching. I didn’t have a chanc to try it out first. I would have preferred to have a stroller that has a front wheel that turns independently. It would make steering easier. But it’s fun to have the stroller. Be sure to read product features carefully when comparing the different strollers.

He loves it! We sat him in it the first time and he just smiled and had his tongue out. We did a few laps around the car to see if he would stay... I watched him switch hips to sit on and he didn't try getting out. I don't think he has enough room to lay down but he stays sitting, quite happily.
The measurements listed are not the measurements of the seat the dog is in, but Watson seems to have enough room. His front feet are 12-13" apart when sitting, and he's 18-20" long while sitting. The seat is maybe 14-15" wide and 21-22" long. The little wall is about 8" tall, which was again perfect for Watson. The canopy thing fits over his head, sitting about 20" tall, but I think he'd feel a little squished if we completely enclosed him with that mesh cover that zips to the little wall....
The storage underneath can be a little hard to get into when the dog is there, but there's a convenient zipper flap you can use to access it from behind.
We took it out for a real spin today, and I only wish the top came forward a bit more to shield him from rain, but it still kept him mostly dry. It was easy to maneuver in stores, the brake works well and it's easy to fold up/open.
We are happy with this purchase and can tell it will get used a LOT! Watson can go further and longer on our adventures than ever before! :)
