I loved this mop! Until it broke a few months after receiving it. I was mopping and it snapped at the base of the handle. I contacted Amazon and was told by the company “rest assured I would be sent a replacement but to check back in a few weeks when it’s back in stock”. I’ve tried Contacting the manufacturer by email and phone. No response. I’m disappointed. Especially being told one thing then being ghosted.

I actually love my Gladwell electric mop and the customer service from Gladwell. Let me just say, when I have questions about a product, I like to get answers fast, and the Gladwell team answers me right away.

Now for the mop – It's awesome and works amazing! Until now I have been using my regular mop and pail filled with soapy water. I am so excited with my new electric Glider mop, it is the first time I have one like this. No cord, the battery is long lasting and it just scrubs, buffers and mops all the different floors I have in my house. I have hardwood floor, tiles, and some laminate.

No more bending over with the regular mop and pail this is so easy. I actually don’t know what took me so long to get one, but it’s the best purchase I have made all year. It offers a very high powerful deep clean with its dual spin technology. It's also very quiet, so I don’t bother anybody, and the handle does this cool 180-degree rotation. So, I just turn it around to different parts of the room.
The pads are awesome and wash them in the washing machine with everything else.

I do a lot of cooking, so I mop in the kitchen every 2 days, and the rest of my house weekly. Can be used with the cleaning solution of choice, with the fresh scent that you like best, I chose the lavender solution which I happen to order from Gladwell to test it all out together. Totally love the whole thing and will be getting one for my mom.

Sorry for the long post! I used this product about a total of 3-4 times. After the 2nd time the water tank cracked. The water tank is made of a thin plastic. I reached out for a replacement since the mop was only approximately 6 months old. I was told they had none in stock but would send one out. Months passed, I reached out again, they apologized and said they would send two when they come in. A couple more months passed and my husband reached out and finally received 1 replacement. When we get the replacement the mop isn't working. I reach out and they said they are having problems with the battery so will send me a battery replacement. A couple months later I received the battery replacement. It still did not work. We are thinking it may be the charging cord for the machine. They said they would send me a replacement. It's been over 7 more months and still no replacement. So I have had this machine for 3 years, used it a total of 3-4 times. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with COVID and all and know shipping issues are happening. But they are full of broken promises. They said they would give me $50 off a new one. REALLY! I ended up just purchasing the Bissell Crosswave Multi-Surface Wet/Dry Vacuum. BEST PURCHASE EVER! The gladewell you have to change the pads, one for scrubbing and one for wiping it up. Think about that, you are squirting liquid on the floor then scrubbing with the pads, then wiping it up with another pad. Nothing is sucking it up, you are just wiping it, so a lot of it is still staying on the floor. The bissell crosswave sucks it up and my floors are so clean! Save your money and put it towards a bissell. They will stand behind their product!

I bought this mop in 2019, and have used it once or twice a week since purchase. I don’t understand the negative reviews because my mop still holds a charge, has no broken pieces, doesn’t leak, and still works like a charm. When I’m done with it, I empty the tank, and let the tank & cap air dry until the next time I use it. I am careful with it and store it where the mop won’t be bumped or knocked over. No amount of getting on my knees and hand scrubbing can compare to how well this mop cleans, even 4 years later. The only thing I need after 4 years are new pads. I came to Amazon to view my order in 2019 for size and was blown away by the negative reviews when I’ve had nothing but the best of luck with this mop. Honestly, if I hadn’t bought this mop and viewed the responses as a newby, I’d be afraid to click the buy button. Instead, This is one purchase I’m very happy I made.

Update... the company is sending me a replacement battery.they answered my email in less than 12 hrs and on a Saturday..if the battery stays charged or cleans amazingly and I love it........I have used this mop maybe 6 times in the last 5 months since I bought it and the thing only stays charged 5 mins. The time charged diminished each time I used it. I cannot get my floors cleaned in 5 minutes and don't have time to wait around for it to charge another 5 minutes of use. I need the company to contact me and send me a replacement. This thing was way too much money for the quality I gave received. It mops great tho just wish it would last long enough. Help

Tiene excelente presentación pero la pila dura 5-6 minutos, apenas para limpiar o encerar 4 mosaicos, luego la pila tarda bastante en volver a cargar por lo que limpiar el piso de una recámara te lleva 2 días

This is a fab mop, it’s so powerful and it’s easy to use. I love how it can stand upright on it’s own when not in use and it’s nice neutral colour which matches my kitchen well! The pads are secured with Velcro so they are easy to take off and on.
I actually enjoy cleaning using this!! I recommend to everyone looking for a powerful mop.
