MOLD ARMOR E-Z House Wash is an easy outdoor cleaning solution that kills mold and mildew in minutes. It cleans the toughest outdoor stains with its bleach-based formula, blasting away algae stains, dirt, and debris. E-Z House Wash will not harm to your plants when used as directed. Great for use as a siding cleaner, vinyl, brick, stucco, aluminum, concrete, painted wood, trim, PVC, plastic, masonry, gutters, and roofs. To use as mold remover or mildew remover, spray surrounding plants with water before and after use. Start from the bottom and work upward. Wait 5-10 minutes before rinsing. To use as vinyl siding cleaner surface preparation, use formula at full strength for tough stains or dilute for typical stains and dirt. Apply with a garden sprayer, roller, or sponge. Do not use a high-power wash pressure cleaner to apply. Wait 10 minutes and then rinse with water. This is a 1-gallon mold cleaner refill for an E-Z House Wash Hose-End product. After receiving a quote to pressure wash my house that was higher than the cost of a pro-sumer level pressure washer I decided I was going to buy a pressure washer and do it myself. In my research, I ran across this product with good reviews (and no need for a pressure washer!) so I decided to give it a try. I started with the smaller containers that attach to the garden hose and washed a section of siding to test it. I was amazed at just how well this stuff worked. That first section did have some pretty bad mold stains and took two passes to make it shiny and new looking but the rest of the house only took a single application. It worked great! My carport ceiling and front porch overhang tend to get mold build-up as well so I decided to get this gallon jug and use a sprayer as the I figured it would be easier for spraying straight up. At full strength this stuff removed every bit of the discoloration before I could even spray it off! I did end up diluting it as it quickly became obvious I was going to run out before finishing. With it diluted, I did have to do some light scrubbing with a brush but this took very little effort. Both days that I did this were pretty hot outside - which was good because I hosed myself off when the wind would carry the mist back down on me. I did wear eye protection and it's probably a good idea to wear some type of breathing protection if you're in a smaller space like a carport using at full strength. I didn't and only caught a few strong whiffs when the wind subsided but had no ill effects. I was also careful to spray the nearby plants with water before and after application per the included directions. I am very satisfied with the results and will definitely be buying again when needed!

1st off it worked well on the vinyl siding. Literally melted away the mildew didn’t even need to use the pressure washer.
2nd it’s basically bleach so don’t wear anything you don’t want ruined.
It made my white painted wood very splotchy and I can’t seem to get an even clean to them. But again, worked great on vinyl. Rinse evenly or it will leave a steaky look.
Also, we actually found this exact product at Ollie’s for 5$ or jug so maybe check your discount stores before you spend double here.

I really wish I would've got some before pictures so you could see the amazing difference. It had been about 5 years since we had used this product first, and the siding on our house was starting to get cruddy again. The first time I tried to clean it 5 years ago, I tried using a pressure washer, and was having rather unfavorable results, due to the pressure needed to get the grime off, was about the same pressure it took to punch through, or leave very noticeable markings on the siding surface. That wasn't going to work. So we did our research, and countless people were suggesting this stuff. Boy were we amazed when we tried it. Spray on, leave set for 10 minutes, then spray all the dirt and grime away! It truly worked that good. There was a couple spots we needed to add a second application, but we didn't have to go further than that. We even used it on our concrete back porch and sidewalk, and it did awesome! Try this stuff out, it really works.

I had a single wall that points away from the sun so it was covered with mildew and mold. It was really thick in some places too. I just purchased the property and I suspect it had not been cleaned in at least 2 years. I knew that just applying this stuff probably wouldnt be enough so I also used a scrub brush for siding and an extension pole to reach up high. Without brushing very hard, this stuff took off the mold and mildew really fast. I was very pleased with how easy and effective it was. The spots that were really dirty required only a light scrubbing just like the instructions on the bottle said. Sure enough the mold literally started to drip off the siding. Was sort of gross but was happy that is was finally clean.

If you are a DIYer and want to save some money this stuff is the way to go. I only used a small amount and managed to do an entire filthy wall. This one bottle will probably last several years.
