Wow. I have never gotten relief like I have with this. I have Lupus and recently I have gone into menopause which caused severe dryness in my rectum which resulted in a monster forming just on the rim of my anus. The pain unbearable! Fear of each bowl movement. But I believe with this hem miracle I may just heal finally. I use this mixed with a topical antibiotic and insert inside. Saved the day for me.
