Wow! This thing really works! Incredible suction power. The trick is to go slow. Use lots of lube and start with one of the black ones that fit you. The tube is airtight, so you will have to keep the release button pressed until your member is all in, then let go of the button and pump slowly until you feel the tug of the vacuum. As your member lengthens and grows, increase vacuum slowly accordingly. Keep a digital clock handy so you can time it for about three minutes, then switch to the faux lips (best seal) and repeat to get up the rest of the way.
BE CAREFUL! The pump is strong, so don't go too fast. If it hurts, STOP! Having a good silicone cock ring on beforehand is highly recommended. The triangle one that goes around both your sac and member is best. Good tool, highly recommended! Very impressed!

This gem works well, but it is not for a girthy dude. If you are anywhere over 5 inches in girth then you may want to spend a little bit extra.

My doc recommended getting one for therapeutic use and plan on spending the extra dough on a medical grade one. If you are needing something right away this may work. Otherwise save the time and trouble by getting a higher end one.

The product appears to be well made from good materials. All of the parts fit together snugly and the suction created by the hand pump is excellent. However, the box I received had only the smallest of the four sleeves it is supposed to ship with, making it dreadfully painful to use (don't ask how I know). If LIVE4COOL can help by providing the other three sleeves, I'm willing to give the product another chance, but if not, I'm going to have to return it, because it is useless to me as-is.

So I struggled with how to rate this. Everything I received seems like a good product. But without the other sleeves, it's useless. So I'm rating it a 1 for now and will revisit my rating if I'm able to get the rest of what I paid for.

The product is actually as per description.
Very easy to assemble and easy to use.
Three black rings (to seal the pump around the shaft) are available, you just need to choose the one which is comfortable for you and allows for air tightness.
I believe that the soft silicone item is less useful, but probably if you want some additional play it may work as well.
Suction is adjustable easily, very well and quickly.
Short term result is immediately visible.
Mid-long term result... well, I do not know yet.
Cleaning is also very easy.
Downside: on the the cardboard box there is clearly written what's inside. This is not having an impact on privacy when you buy it (is is also wrapped in non-transparent plastic foil) but if you wish to use the box for storage purposes, then you need to wrap it to protect your privacy. And also, if you will not use it and you need to scrap it, then you will have something with "penis pump" clearly visible in your paper/cardboard waste.
