The product is copious and cheaper than other protein powders so I had high hopes for it as my first ever protein powder I’ve tried. The ingredients also seemed clean and nutritious, however I would not recommend this particular protein powder as it has a very strange chemical taste to it, almost like soap. No matter what I added to my smoothie (yogurt, fruit etc) it still had that strange aftertaste. There is no vanilla taste or flavor at all. I tried it multiple different times but the taste could not be masked. Very disappointed with it and not sure what I will do with the rest of it as I find it simply unpalatable and it came in such a huge package. Perhaps this brand has other flavors that might be tastier, but this one definitely did NOT do it for me.

My favorite smoothie to make with this is below. I couldn't eat salads when I was pregnant so I was looking for something with as many veggies as I could get down.
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
1/2 carrot
1/2 celery stick
Squirt of lemon juice
1 scoop Vega vanilla Protein and Greens
2 cups Water
Blend and get most of your veggies for the day.
