July 2019 - The three boxes arrived taped together and in like-new condition. The use-by dates are all Sept 2020. This type of whole wheat bread crumb was recommended by a health coach for air or grease fryińg as being healthier than standard bread crumbs. Chicken breasts coated with egg, then the crumbs, and pan fried in avocado oil by the coach were quite tasty. I haven't yet used any of the 3 boxes, but I expect similar results. I will be pan frying and convection oven baking to see which process works best for me. My first try will be chicken parmesean. FYI, air frying was recommended as the healthiest technique.
We use this in fritters, fish cakes and more as a filling ingredient. Provides the best coating for everything from fried oysters to tonkatsu pork. Brings a fried salmon or fried halibut sandwich to the next level. Much better than the saltine cracker breading many of us grew up with.

I have used this product for many years as a coating for chicken and patties for broiling or frying. The resealable bags keeps the crumbs crisper and adds that special crunch when eating. It will help keep any marinade in the item and help retain the marinades flavor.
Love panko crumbs. Three boxes came sealed together and inside bags are sealed as well. Expiration dates far in the future. If you like crunchy crusts use panko. I bake food using panko to eliminate greasy fried food while food is still crunchy.
