After a full season, it definitely ended up working out well. I noticed that the tomatoes were larger, more colorful and more plentiful than they had been the last two seasons. The flowers were coming in very bright and I had tons of blooms. If flowers died, more would come in constantly. After last season I decided to pull up the dead tomato plants to see how the roots were. The plants were cemented in place so I had to use a shovel to get them out. Most of the roots were small but there were tons of them. The large taproots were quite long. The leaves of the plants looked dark green all year but did wilt every now and then due to my bad watering habits. The plants were so large that I had to water them constantly to keep up with the fruit/flower production.
When I applied it, all I did was sprinkle it sparingly here and there throughout the garden and flowerbeds. Some spots, like near the larger tomato plants, I dropped a little extra near the base of the plant. One thing to take note with this review is that I did use an all-purpose fertilizer with a 16-16-16 npk rating. The reason I felt the need to get this rock phosphate was that I wanted to boost the phosphorous number but not too much. I didn't want to shock the plants by over fertilizing them. I also wanted something that was longer lasting. I put down one bag of this last season. I have a small garden and few flowerbeds. It worked out perfectly, even gave some to my dad. The all-purpose fertilizer that I used in conjunction with this dissolved almost immediately when I watered it. They were small pellets that didn't last long. I believe the all-purpose fertilizer lasted about one, maybe two weeks depending on how much I put down when I used it. This rock phosphate is a great boost to any fertilizer and it won't over stimulate your plants. I highly recommend it. As long as you don't put down too much and don't use it over and over in one season, this will give you some awesome results, especially in poor, clay, Utah soil. :-)
One bed has strawberries and another has garlic going. The bed we're currently harvesting from was planted w/ broccoli and cauliflower and we've just been blown away by the lushness and productivity of the plants. The garlic and strawberries are still working on developing roots in their 'off' time of year. We're still months away from seeing the harvest. I would order again as needed.
UPDATE: As you can see from the photo, the product really works well.

The system is using rain water and washed grow media. so there is no external source of phosphates. While the fish food
contains traces of phosphates, the food is designed to be adequate for aquaculture fish development not hydroponics plant
growth. I used this by sprinkling the pellets around the roots of heavy feeders like cucumbers and tomatoes. The results
have been rather pleasing. The cucumbers have grown to the top of a 6ft trellis in a little over a month.
My only problem with the product is that it turns the water in the fish tank brown. I have since purchased a color free phosphate
product from Raw that does not add to the color of the tank water. I'll happily use the rest of this product in the soil under the
tomatoes and cucumbers in the outdoor raised garden beds.
