Great for helping my daughter take her pill
I got these to put my daughters Allegra in. She only takes half of a tablet and gets the taste because of the broken end. She would scream and cry about taking her allergy pill. So I decided to try this and it’s great. It made some work for me but it was worth it. Next time I will probably order the next size up though because the 0 wasn’t big enough to fit the pill so I had to break her pills into quarters and put two of them in each capsule. My fingers hurt now, but I did do a whole bottle of pills in one sitting, so I won’t have to do it again for awhile. The picture I posted is half of an Allegra, but it’s cut in half again, in case you need a size comparison. I think if I went up a size or two I could have fit the whole half in it and then only needed to use half the capsule for each pill.

Due to a variety of health issues, our daughter takes quite a few meds. Some of
them are very small and she can’t always tell if she has swallowed them. When I found these empty capsules, I got them in every size and now the whole swallowing experience is much better for her. For larger pills, I put them in larger capsules which makes them easier to swallow than a dry pill is. For smaller ones, I often combine 3-4 into a capsule giving her fewer pills to swallow. I can’t say enough good things about these capsules.

I read reviews about how beneficial ashwagandha was so I ordered the powder. After trying it I realized that I didn’t want to waste the taste of good food by sprinkling the powder over it. I ordered these capsules to give me the recommended daily intake of the powder and to avoid the not-so-pleasant taste. These capsules are very convenient and helps to hide the taste of the powder. Since it is not in capsule form already it saved money by doing it myself, although it was a little time consuming. I would definitely order them again.
