I usually take it with my CurMed Tumeric/Curcumin daily. Also, I tested this during a fast and it will kick up your ketones. I've been following Intermittent Fasting for a while & then I started taking a couple of tablespoons of this MCT Oil to induce autophagy. The process of autophagy can be boosted through regular use of quality MCT oil. This is nature's richest source of healthy medium-chain triglycerides which the liver converts rapidly into ketone bodies as a great, clean fuel for your brain and body. Ketones like Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB), which in the fasting state, provide more efficient energy for the brain, with elevated focus & concentration.

So, why this MCT Oil product?
This product is sourced from premium coconuts & is free from unwanted additives (Hexane free), ensuring its purity. No palm oils, no filler oils.

The absence of any flavor & any odor in this product is certainly easy on my taste buds. I usually drink it straight out of bottle, by squirting it out a couple of times. It's also great mixed in salads, smoothies, pasta.

This is not a miracle cure, but it’s possibly a piece of the puzzle for a healthier lifestyle and weight loss.

This absolutely will not mix naturally in any beverage… except if you make your own cappuccino. Steam solves the issue, although say goodbye to extra foam - especially if you’re using oat or other dairy substitutes. I’m fine with that though. No adverse flavor change, no greasy mess either. The frothing action in normal foam production mixes this just fine. The foam is greatly reduced but is still pleasant.

I’m also using a solid form as an oil substitute for my eggs as well. It has a 65% MCT content, but the eggs/omelette turn out great and taste better than when cooked with avocado oil. It takes longer with a smoke point lower than olive oil though, but hopefully worth the extra 4-5 minutes.

I am pleasantly surprised with both products. I’ll report back any changes in labs and outward appearance.

I’ve only been taking this for six days. I started out with a half a teaspoon. I would highly suggest you pour it into a measurement spoon that keeps it from spilling all over. It doesn’t really dissolve in hot coffee or hot tea. But it will sit at the top. You don’t really taste it. It doesn’t affect the taste of your coffee. Doesn’t feel oily when you’re drinking it. I started using one of those mini hand blenders and that seems to help a little. But I noticed when I wash my cup there’s still a lot of oil around the cup, so I don’t think I’m getting all oil ingested. Also, if you put collagen in your coffee or tea, put that in first and your sugar first, and do the oil last because otherwise, those things will clump up. So far I have no reactions. I’m up to one and a half teaspoons after six days but again there is oil left on the sides of cup when I wash it so not sure I’m getting a full one and a half teaspoon. something to remember.
