This pillow has surpassed all my expectations so far. It is very comfortable and gives my neck much better support than the old one. I really like that is soft, yet firm. The memory foam feels great and I like the fact that I can wash it!.
It came with a sleeping mask which I don't use, but my wife does and looks very comfortable. The included earplugs are regular disposable ones, but I like that there is a little case for them and I can replace them as needed and not lose them while traveling. I really like the plastic buckle because it makes the closure safer. Other pilows have a thin cord that makes me feel like I could choke and I wouldn't be able to remove the cord easily. The strap and buckle on this one, in my opinion, makes it very easy to open if needed.
The carrying pouch keeps it nice and tight as well as easy to attach to my carry-on. It also came with a plastic pouch that keeps it dry when raining. I really like it so far!
I would totally get this again if I had to.

To be honest I will be rewarded for doing a review. But this seems to be amazing. The memory foam is not too soft or too hard. It's kind of like Goldilocks it is just right. LOL I've had C6 and C7 fused in my neck. I will be using it while I am home on the couch as you see in the picture. It gives me great support of my neck. I look forward to using it in December when I go to Paris for an 8-hour flight. Try it you'll like it.
