Intuition is a massive buzzword in today's self-help market. What I love about this book is the refreshing and down-to-earth twist on the entire subject. Great information that every day people can relate to is presented, and it takes you on a journey to dig deeper into all the layers of your life, guiding you to the sweet spot--your intuition. If you've struggled with ignoring your gut or don't trust it for any reason, this is a great book for you to dive into. On a side note--I particularly liked the quiz at the beginning of the book!
