Koren outlines effective ways to build consistent, stable, and protected equity in any market climate and presents his services as a way in which both the buyer and seller are happy with the outcomes, something very important to me in deciding which niche of real estate to pursue.

Some of the topics he discusses in detail include:
1) Who you need on your team and how you should find them
2) How to find high equity deals that other investors may not see
3) What niches are available and how you can unlock hidden equity in each
4) The etiquette for contacting distressed homeowners going through foreclosures

Additionally, I recently started the 6-month course/coaching program he offers after reading the book (there’s a free lesson and video on his website that goes into detail about data management that’s a great intro to the program).
Overall, I’d recommend this book to anyone looking for concrete methods to jumpstart a career in finding properties with hidden equity that not only benefit the investor, but also provide incentives and positive outcomes for the distressed homeowners as well.

Liran wrote a fantastic and easily digestible book. His course also goes more in-depth if you are like me and want to know the ins & outs a little bit better. Most RE gurus are always upselling their courses and products at a very high cost, but not Liran. This book teaches how to find equity and make right in your real estate deals avoiding risky speculation. If you know how to find equity, then your deals will end up good.

He doesn't go into details about how to put deals together, negotiate offers, and exit strategies. However, it doesn't matter how those aspects are if you don't have the equity part right.

I learned a lot and feel less risk in my future investments because I have been taught how to do my homework through his research methods. I'm a simple person and get the gist of what Liran is trying to teach his audience. It feels like a secret...I find the author humble and genuinely desiring to help others triumph as he did. Thanks for sharing this knowledge, Liran.

Great book. I, along with a couple of members from my graduating MBA class, started a real estate holding company and your book was very helpful. This information provided answers to many questions we had as novices in this arena.

One suggestion: would even more value be added if you charged $29.99--or around there--for the course and gave the book away for free with the program? The book is very helpful and I haven't taken the course, however having that as an option would be nice.

You could then use YouTube, IG and Amazon/Google Ads to push the testimonials to gain even greater traction for larger future classes.

If you don't know anything about the terms in real estate and need a book that explains the definition of words like auction, foreclosure, Lis Pendens, etc., this is a great book for you. The author keeps talking about his spreadsheets & data mining but chooses not to share any examples of it so the book is nothing more than a book with a great title filled with fluff and vague, basic information you can find online for free. Save your money

I started reading it and was about to put an offer in on a property and completely stopped! Applied some of the simple steps in the book and realized there was no Equity! Where is the equity? Saved from a bad decision before I even started.
It very motivating reading the Author's story especially knowing where he started. The steps in the book are very straight forward to follow, even for a beginner, and I plan to reference this book as I move through the process. Very good read!

Very non-specific lingo that is very difficult to understand. I'm almost half way through and had hoped it would have been clearer by now but no. I studied economics for 4 years and have been researching REI for over 1 year. I'm very familiar with the term 'equity' and this guys throws it around so much its become meaningless. Much of the book seems to be him going on a tangent about underexplained concepts that need far more broken down to understand. He says 'this deal cuts your equity by 20%' what equity? The equity in your company after the sale? The equity in the house? If so, how would that happen? What the hell are you talking about?

The first half of the book is pointless. If you do buy this book, skip to part 2. There, there already have been books written about these strategies. Nothing new here. A few states, such as Maryland, it is basically illegal to do pre-foreclosures and the risk is not worth it. If you do not live in a state such as mine, you better check your local laws and do everything by the book. There is no room for error or novices. There are maybe 3-5 decent ideas in this book but not enough to warrant a purchase. I was expecting something else and was beyond disappointed. If you want more substance, there are more informative books on the market. I thought maybe this author had something new but there was nothing.
