it’s so tiny and versatile i keep it on the body 80% of the time
i post on instagram and photography is not my main source of income, so i am very happy with this lens
does the above sentence sound like you? you do not NEED L series glass
save yourself money and take this little beast everywhere you go because it’s just so easy to do it
this lens is care-free, light, has good build quality and good image quality
how much more do you need for this price? this might be the one and only lens you need as a hobbyist

I am extremely impressed with the detail from the RF 50mm F1.8 attached to my Canon EOS R8. The image stabilization is fantastic paired along with the eye detection is a home run. #productreview #clarity #photography

This lens is great, with its low aperture, focus and setting adjustment wheel (being able to adjust my ISO when I’m not using the focus wheel to focus is great). Love this lens and it’s been the one to consistently stay in my rotation.
