Although my testosterone levels came back as 'normal' at 672 ng/dL, aged 54, I was feeling a bit dragging in working out and results dropped-off a bit. I've been taking Solaray Tongkat Ali 400 mg for 8 months. Personally I am feeling stronger and form in gym is better. I decided to re-test: my new result is 775 ng/dL. As irony would have it that result is now flagged as 'high' and recommended I consult my doctor, which I will. It is still within the 'Normal' range, but simply towards the high end.

This is some pretty potent stuff. In the gym you can really break through walls. It definitely works by changing your hormones because I have been experiencing crazy mood swings since taking it.
