Best probiotic and works amazingly!
This works better for my chronic lifelong constipation than anything else (I’ve used everything over the counter including laxatives, enemas and suppositories). I also put ground flax seed on everything I eat, & I have at least 1 “baby plum organics” pouch/day. This stuff works better than any other probiotic I have ever taken. I like that it helps with mood as well; I am trying to get off of all medications and switch to supplements instead.
