We got this computer for my high school classes, and it's great! It was packaged very nicely in an HP box so it would not brake. It has a very sleek design, and works great! Would recommend buying from this company.

Audio problems with computer!

Hi: I tried to buy a warranty for the computer, but I never received information or details about it. Does it have any warranty? Cause, we are experiencing audio problems with it ! What should we do? How this can be fixed? Too many virtual classes, and nobody can hear because of a big noise the computer has! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP! Sincerely. Maricarmen

Would not buy again

My review is for the HP Pavillion 360, purchased exactly 2 years ago in December 2016.
At the time this was the top of the line HP, $1000. I was excited to buy it even though it stretched my budget, I was sold on the "durability" factor with the processor. Unfortunately the case has not been so durable. Though I have babied this thing and have a padded carrying case (rare that I take it away from my desk), still I have a huge 3" crack in the outer casing that can only be attributed to a manufacturing flaw. Though I'm still able to use the computer and it doesn't affect the screen, it's something that HP has described as "consumer wear and tear". Not bloody likely.
My biggest issue though is the touchpad. It is SO sensitive, and the mouse jumps all over the place. I have taken this to the Microsoft store twice, thinking there was somthing I was missing. Nope. Just so happens that I have my HP set at the far end of the spectrum and the mouse still jumps all over the place, zooms in and out, etc. Super irritating. If you get this computer get used to hitting control 0 all throughout the day. Even the Microsoft staff said this was super sensitive and they couldn't fix it.
I can't say that I'm impressed, especially when I could have spent only a couple hundred more to get a Mac. HP is definitely stricken from my list when it comes to buying computers.
