    I've always wanted a keyboard attachment for all of my consoles (Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo). And despite having a Pro Controller, I like to use the Joycons detached from the Switch. But unfortunately because I installed clear TPU covers on my Joycons, they're unable to fit in the included Joycon grip. I found this and hoped that this would work. Turns out the joycons can definitely fit in this keyboard grip, albeit a somewhat tight fit but still manageable. The keys are not backlit unfortunately. And you need to use the included USB-A receiver for the keyboard to work with the system. Also because the receiver is USB-A, it will connect to the Switch's dock only (unless you have a USB C OTG adapter that many Android phones can use). All and all, this is a great investment to buy for many Switch owners like me! Definitely recommend! Also, the keyboard attachment has a USB C port on top like the Pro Controller, so you have a second way in charging your joycons other than attaching them to the Switch itself.

    Surprisingly well done for a third party addon at this price range. This is how a third party product experience should be.

    The keyboard and included grips feel great. It is even better than the silly shell controller Nintendo gives you to go with the joy cons.

    The status leds make the product overall look sleek and oddly professional; doesn't appear cheap in any way.

    The keyboard itself is nostalgic to me. It is exactly like a sliding phone's keyboard; size, shape, and everything. The only letdown is that the keyboard is not backlit, but at this price I wasn't counting on that to be a feature. If you got fat fingers like me, you'll fumble here and there. It's perfect for my girlfriend though.

It's nice I can leave the controllers connected and just plug the whole thing into USB-C and it charges everything. Maybe some future firmware update to the dock will eliminate the need to always unplug the receiver. That would make it much better.

I will not buy it again and am abandoning among us entirely on the Nintendo switch platform. I opened a steam account for her and just use steam link for among us. This product was a waste of money and super frustrating to TRY to use.

    This is decent value for money. It works as described, charges the joycons, and the buttons have a decent clicky feel.

    It’s very light but not flimsy. The plastics are not quite as nice as the genuine Nintendo stuff, and it feels hollow because it’s so light, but neither of these are really a problem considering the price point, and some may even appreciate how lightweight it is.

    I was going to give this 4 stars, but as I was writing this I realised that I couldn’t come up with a justification to not give 5 stars.

    Was able to use the first time with no trouble. After that it would not work. After many hours of searching online I discovered you have to unplug (in the right order) the receiver before every use to get it to connect. The buttons often repeat letters and I have to delete a lot. Will probably end up getting a keyboard eventually but love the concept. Hope they can work out the kinks.

    Nintendo's brand charge grip for the Joy con is Around $30. This is $25 PLUS a keyboard. It's great! The keys click when pressed. Simple to sync to the system. Works. Have not tried using the Switch tablet mode, with this, though I don't think it's usable in that mode. Would need a USB port, which isn't on the Switch when in tablet mode... unless maybe a converter...?

    Highly recommended. The joy con are secure in this. No wobbling. They lock in place, like on the Switch itself or Nintendo's grip, meaning you need to press the unlock button on the joy con to remove them. This is also wider than the standard Nintendo brand joy con grip, which helps. The Nintendo one is rather compact.

    It's nice it works. Its handy for games like warframe when using the chat systems. The comfort of it, its not for me though, I don't really like it. I'm used to the default switch controller. The one that comes with the switch. Sometimes it'll seem like it's broke cuz it wouldn't work but it'll show it's turned on, I think if you just charge it up it'll work again. It did that to me and I thought I had got a defected one. I didnt even know it was touch screen either. I did like the packaging tho the way it came it was nice. I honestly can't say if I'll buy something like this over sized again but buying it once should be good enough I drop it a lot n it still works the blue joy con slips out easily now though. Not really a bother tho. It doesn't work in handheld mode though.

    Tried going to product support but their website doesn't exist. Contacted seller and got the run around and no attempt to support. Gave my order info and seller claimed it couldn't be found, either order! Didn't even offer advice to make sure that I was correctly trying to connect.     My biggest problem is the slipping out of joycons. They are not secure. It's grip is awful. Feels cheap. Keyboard is just too small.

    Shame as with a sturdier grip, no slip of joy cons & bigger keyboard it would be 5*

    I'm going to have to get mine replaced since I seem to have a few keys that are either giving me trouble or not registering at all, otherwise I've enjoyed this product. Thankfully the keys that aren't working aren't too frequently used besides "R", so I just highlight over it and press a when I need an "R". Other than that I'm pretty happy with the product, keys could be a little bit bigger but besides the trouble I'm currently having, no other complaints.

    It worked well for the first use then it died i charged it wnd the battery lasted maybe 10 mins n died again. Then wouldn't charge. It went in the garbage. Will never purchase again
