GREAT Tool Set!! Helped me can for the first time ever.
Got this set to can for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE! These tools helped! I made fig preserves. I've never canned anything but watched a couple of youtubes to learn how like my Grandmother used to do. This summer I tossed figs from our fig tree into a baggie in the freezer until I could get around to canning them. The fig preserves are WONDERFUL, found a recipe on Pinterest for Maple Fig Preserves. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Was glad to have the funnel, tongs for lowering and lifting the jars out of boiling water, the bubble remover/measurer to fill to the correct head space as well as to stir down to the bottom of the jars to remove any air bubbles and the magnetic lid lifter to pull the sterilized lids from the hot water. I've stored it in my canner pot for my next canning project! VERY HAPPY with this tool set.
