Great product but short
There is supposed to be 4 oz of product in the bottle, but I was unable to make 2 -2 oz bottles for two swimmers. I’ve reached out to the seller to see if they will make it right. I’ll update my review if they do. Don’t package and sell as 4 oz if you aren’t putting 4 oz in the bottle. I believe this is a major issue in misleading and false labeling/advertising.Updated: The seller responded quickly and is sending a 1 oz bottle to make up for the 4 oz bottle being short of product. They did not address if they are going to be doing anything to ensure that the 4 oz bottles will actually contain 4 oz of product.

I was surprised to see how well this solution worked to de-fog my goggles. I have to apply it every 2-3 swim sessions, but the bottle has lasted me a long time and it’s not close to running out. Be sure to rinse your goggles thoroughly after applying, otherwise it might burn your eyes. It wasn’t anything serious (it’s safe), but my eyes were tearing up.

I love snorkeling but face mask fog can be a real distraction and hard to clear when you're in deeper water. This spit does a great job of preventing it from forming and keeping things clear. I wish it lasted a little longer but the bottle is pretty cheap and it's not too hard to reapply each day.
I'd just recommend cleaning things well before you put it on. It doesn't seem to work too well if you reapply without cleaning first.

I wanted to try some anti-fog spray for a while. I tried some years ago and was disappointed. These work for me. One spray uses way more than I need, so I've been dividing the one spray into each goggle. (I would have preferred a drop bottle like visine or contact lens solution bottles.) I rub it around for a few seconds, then at the pool I rinse it well. I have found I can rinse it for up to 30 seconds (in pool water) and it works well with little or no sting. I have not yet tried it for more than 45 minutes, but the fact that it's kept my older fuzzy goggles clear thus far has been worth it. If I was doing a long set I will keep the spray and a dry towel nearby to reapply if necessary. But so far I've not been in the pool that long. If you rinse a few seconds be prepared to stop in the first few laps to give them another rinse, because they will sting if it's still too concentrated.

The last few years I've been using some Eyeline bug-eye style prescription goggles. They are off the shelf and run around $20 a set. However they are hard to find and I have to buy two pairs to get the right prescription. As great as the goggles are I've found that within a month the anti-fog is useless. I use the spit technique with a rinse, and sometimes that works for a few minutes, but more often than not it fails. Needing prescription goggles I'm paranoid about being able to see clearly. As a former competitive swimmer and open water swimmer, it's vital to see what's going on! I've never understood how even top racers have multicolor goggles. I've tried every goggle known to man and it's insane that someone would want to train or race in green or red or even dual color goggles! Some of my competitors looked like they were watching a 3D movie! It obviously worked for them. But for me, I need to see clear.

They spry has also have worked on my cheap mountain biking glasses and has increased usage time dramatically. Not only has it stopped basic fogging up, if I sweat onto the lens it seems to help clear it a bit and I can still keep the glasses on. Normally a couple drops of sweat dripping down, or a bit of humidity, and the glasses have to come off in minutes. I use cheap Lowe's Safety Glasses ($9.00) when. I want to get some really nice Rudy Project or Oakley glasses one day, which have great reviews and special coatings for the elements. However the sub $10 Lowe's glasses work fine and there I know that I will inevitably lose or step on them. They are somewhat disposable.

No matter what though, with MTB, with dust and dirt, sweat, humidity, rain and sometimes mud, the glasses have to come off anywhere in from 10 min to 30 min in. Even if I had the fancier glasses I can't imagine they'd last a most full rides. But I still like to wear the glasses for as long as I can because it helps for less irritation on my contact lenes. Even 10 minutes to start is better than nothing. This spray seesm to double the usage time at least.

This product does 'work' when used as directed, which for swimming goggles, means spraying, then rinsing with TAP water right before you swim (NOT pool water - which removes it). Then yes, you don't get fogging for around 20-30 mins.

Thing is, you literally get the same effect using any hand soap. Seriously, try it - put soap in your goggles, get it to buble, the rinse it out with tap water right before you swim (so it doesn't dry out), and it will be even better than this product.

And unfortunately, all the other 'recommended' methods really don't work well at all. Seriously, try any of these any breath even a little on your goggles/glasses and they will instantly fog. I tried numerous times with all methods.

Additional fails:
- Spray on, spread, let dry, MINIMAL buffing, use.
- Spray on, spread, let dry, rinse with water, use

Avoid this product - it's literally a few drops of hand soap in water. In fact, I've been using exactly this using the YMCA hand soap into the goggle and then immediately rinsing with tap water right before my swim and it works a lot better than this product.

Or at least try this method first before you use it on swim goggles.

I wouldn't ever use this on non-swim goggles or glasses - as mentioned above, NO treatment method I used above (even done carefully) even resulted in the faintest antifogging when dry. Literally instafog with just the lightest breath.

I'm pretty sure the 'magic' of this product is the reality that a tiny layer of soap followed by tap water keeps a thin layer of water on the goggle. Without that tap water right before you swim, the layer is useless.

There is a product that I admit does work that I've tried. I wouldn't say it's perfect (far from), but actually DOES prevent antifog after proper application (smear & dry, GENTLY buff), which is the Z-Clear rub-on blue stuff. You have to apply a decent thick layer of that one, let dry for several hours+, then gently buff off, but that one actually works - if you breathe heavily on the treated surface, there is no fogging at all. And it doesn't burn your eyes, ever. No, I'm not paid to endorse Z-clear, and I do find the treatment method annoying as it doesn't work anywhere near as well when applied like <30 minutes before your activity.
