Love this PC! Had an issue with the lighting and fans on the front. Called customer service and the first person to answer the phone handled everything for me. Didn't have to go through several call transfers and sit on hold. Received a replacement part in the mail within a few days and haven't had a single issue since.

CPU and GPU works great. Benchmarks were good as expected.

Cons:
-16 gb of Ram came in 2400 MHz rather than the listed 2666 mHz
-I would have preferred a stick of 16GB ram as the micro-ATX motherboard only has 2 ram slots. The build consists of two 8gb ram, so if you upgrade your ram to 32GB in the future you may run into of spending more money as you would not be able to use the old 8gb ram.
-Unfortunately, I was misled by the pictures and thought the SSD was a M.2 but I opened the tower to find out that the SSD was SATA. The SSD was not listed as SATA, M.2, or pcie, so this was very deceptive.
-There is no air filter on the front of the build so I can see dust being easily trapped/sucked into the tower
-Controller does not control fan speeds

Conclusion: Good build you are lazy or scared to build one yourself. I think I got pretty lucky as I heard some purchases were defective. Unfortunately they gave me 2400 MHz ram instead of 2666 as listed. Also the SSD was SATA despite the the only detail being from the listed pictures which showed M.2. I dislike how there are only two ram slots on the motherboard. On another note, I received a MSI gpu if anyone was wondering, I heard other people received EVGA, etc.

In terms of performance I would give 5/5, however in terms of product description and misleading... I would give this product 3/5... so 4 stars of out 5 stars overall.

This computer is a beast. Works as it should. Looks great and has the friends jealous lol. Was well packaged and shipped on time and contained everything installed as described. Highly recommend. Will return to CUK USA in the future for sure!
