I am a baseball coach. I highly recommend this book for players and coaches. I feel the authors of Heads-Up Baseball help to de-mystify the mental side of baseball for players. The book provides effective strategies to help players prepare to mentally and physically compete at their highest level. The authors also guide players to be able to deal with mental and emotional struggles that often occur during games. The book is extremely useful for coaches because it provides them with a plan for how to help their players "compete with 100% of what they have to win the next pitch."

This book is definatly a step up from 1.0 which was very good in it's own right. This book gives you tools to help control your performance in sport and in life. Get it and work these principles will your team or your own kid(s).

Ken will be greatly missed. I hear him in my head all the time. This book will give you very useful information from both Ken and Tom. "Have a Better Bad Day."

I play college baseball, and I read the first version of this book, but this book is a heavy upgrade. This will take your game to the next level if your talent is already there.
