Worst pancake mix ever!
I've never heard of Birch Benders. A friend brought this pancake mix to my house on Christmas and left it behind, so I tried to cook it today. This is the worst pancake mix I've ever seen in my life.There was no right heat level, no right water mix, no right pan, no anything that would make these fluff or cook all the way through. It was just mush. I have no idea how they even made something that would do this. Avoid this product.
