I got another carry bag separately (from Rhinowalk on Amazon) and it fits perfectly inside the bag when folded up. With the bag strap, I can more easily carry it into my office, and keep it under my desk while I charge the battery during the day.
My first order arrived broken. My second box was also had a big hole in the same spot, but this time, the bike inside was not harmed. The packaging for this bike could be improved. It was easy enough to return the first bike for a full refund.

This bike looks very promising, however, Amazon delivered it with a big hole in the box, and the contents inside scraped up and broken. It's quite a bit heavier and harder to hold/lift than I thought it would be, and the wheels are indeed very tiny. I was able to return it, but I am hesitant to order another one.
It does take a bit of practice in knowing how to drive this e-bike. If your bike is on and you move the petal a tiny bit it will lurch forward and this happened several times when I had to clutch the bike and turn the power off quickly so it didn't move on its own. You really have to practice. Wish there was a petal assist off mode, because I mostly don't petal minus when I go up hills and the bike lurching forward because my leg accidentally bumped against the petal while I was waiting for the walk sign to turn on was a bit dangerous and physically restraining a bike is not a good way to start off in the morning. But anyway now I turn off my bike when I'm still, lesson learned.
My commute is really rough, with lots of bumps. I had to replace my back tire after 4 months of use which was reasonable because my commute is a whole bunch of huge bumps and pot holes and sometimes there is glass on the road. Kind of shocked I didn't get a flat sooner after going through a 5-inch deep pothole. It was a bit difficult changing the tire because the wheel is so small but it was doable. For battery life, like any kind of battery, it starts draining and it gets a little bit slower. I can get a good 15 miles after one charge which is all I need for my commute and have 2-1 bars left. One thing I didn't really enjoy was the bike is kind of loud. You can hear it whirring a lot but this is my first e-bike so I'm not sure if this is with all e-bikes. Also, I wished it had a key lock for the battery.
Overall I think this purchase was worth it. I've used it very well for the past couple of months due to a summer gig. Definitely a really good purchase for people who are doing internships or going to school and need a really affordable way to commute. Do bike maintenance weekly, check your tires and don't overcharge your battery. Only used it in light rain/ drizzling - don't recommend using it in heavy rain.
This bike saved me a good a ~1000 in uber fees. Really recommend getting a bike basket (best thing I have on my bike for weekly grocery shopping) and headlights for this bike too for convenience.
*update after several more months of use: if you run out of battery it’s going to suck bc the tires are small and the bike is heavy so you’ll be moving at snail speed (coming from a short person with skinny legs :P ). When this happened I didn’t bother pedaling instead walked it back, plan your trips. Also one of the pedals snapped off but saved my foot from being crushed after hitting a curb but still working great 👍 Don’t use it as much minus some grocery runs, the battery is good too.

Aside from that battery last a good time. Rode around mostly flat road for about 1hr. and still had 4 out of 5 battery bars left just using throttle. Same thing when I rode for 30 mins for 5 miles on a balanced roads. Does good going up hill, on steeper hills you do need to pedal to get some speed going up hill if not it feels like you’re moving like a snail in just throttle. You definitely feel every crack and bump in the road. I’ll be swapping out the seat for sure to make it a more comfortable ride.
Finding compatible rear cargo rack has been a pain since swagtron is out of stock and it doesn’t seem like they will be continuing to manufacture the accessory.
Update. I’ve used the bike maybe a handful of times and it’s no longer working. The battery registers as charged but the Moter isn’t running anymore. Not sure what the issue is but very disappointed with how long this product lasted
