Excellent laptop.
Ok so I've had the laptop for over a week now and really dug into it. Almost flawless with just about anything I throw at it. I have used it for online games and the graphics are amazing and maintains very well throughout.
Heat wise, it doesn't really get that hot (and I had a lot of time playing games with settings on high for graphics and such for 12hrs almost).
The keypad is well made and the lighting for the keys are great.
Track pad is amazing. Never had such a solid working one ever. It doesn't flex and overall well made.
The the side ports are ok to get to, the right side is tightly clustered but if you're not taking things in and out of the ports like myself, you'll be alright.
Best part of all of this, it's thin but solid. The build on this laptop is incredible. I was scared to open it up because of screens on other laptops were just as hard to open (like the hinge is a bit tight but after normal usage will ease up a bit) and their screens would flex. This one doesn't at all. I haven't grabbed it from the very corner and tried yanking it up obviously but I'm not in the least bit worried when I go to open it up.
Software wise, it's your general windows 10 operating system so depends on how you use it and what you use it for.
Opening apps and multi-tasking is more than easy with this laptop. I don't think I'm moving away from it for a while.
I will however look into upgrades for hardware but that's personal preference.
If you're looking for longevity in a well manufactured laptop, this will absolutely be it, and the refurbishing is almost entirely unnoticed. I completely forgot it was besides the huge green sticker on the bottom. That's the only complaint (seriously not even a standing point but something to mention). It left a really gummy residue which with some lysol multipurpose cleaner, I got off. So again no big deal.
