I absolutely love love love my Traincase! I was very skeptical but it's very sturdy and it pretty much holds of my makeup! I use this organizer to store all my foundations, lipsticks, blushes, highlighters, eye liners and single eye shadows; so basically for everything except my pallets.
This case is so chic, sturdy and so worth the money! The compartments have removable spacers which is great for larger or smaller products and it gives you optimum use of the case itself. Although the case isn't as big as I thought it was going to be but it does the trick! I have a ton of products so I'm going to need to purchase another one but right now everything fits in one place so well and everything is organized rather than thrown around and in ten different places. I love how all of my makeup is organized and it's so much easier for me to use and see everything I have and to finally have it all in one place.

Perfect for my needs!
I wear average makeup and all my makeup items fit in the small. (No eyeshadow pallets) I am consciously trying to minimize how many items I use so this forces me not to keep things I don’t use often. Barrier is not bendable which is great. I had to put light pressure to close the bag because of the makeup handles but no complaints. I love it.

I almost got an overly priced makeup case from one of those very trendy e-commerce sites that take over your Instagram feed, and I am so happy I didn’t because I ended up getting this awesome (much cheaper) makeup travel case from Amazon instead.

- First of all, let me just tell you that I do NOT travel light. My makeup essentials take over the whole makeup case so the size is PERFECT! This case is big enough to fit all of my face brushes, eye brushes, eye shadow palette, contour palette, foundation, powder, setting powder, blush, concealer, highlighter, mascara, eye liner, beauty sponge, etc.
- This is a convertible case. You can move the dividers as you please in order to optimize the space and also secure your product. I personally travel without the dividers because it limits my space. However, if you travel with less makeup than me, and want to fulfill all of your OCD fantasies, then the dividers are perfect for you.
- The brush section has a cover that goes over your brushes and protects them from makeup spills and from them getting damaged.
- There is a zipper on the top side for you to store your bigger flat items. This is where I store my eye shadow, contour and highlighter palettes. You can also store eye strips or other flat, small things.
- My favorite thing about this case, other than the size, is how sturdy it is. This case has traveled with me back and forth in my check-in luggage and I haven’t had anything spill or break. Rest assured that unless you throw this case straight out of a second story building, your makeup treasures will be fine.
CONS:
- Although the size is one of my favorite things about this case, it does take up a lot of space inside my luggage so that might be a con for some people.
- Depending on the color you get, this case does get dirty with your makeup and although I have cleaned it multiple times, some stains did not come off.

This makeup bag isn’t exactly what I had thought it would be, but I’m keeping it anyway. I just don’t want the hassle of the return. I do like the compartments but that’s about all. The outside is harder than I expected and I wasn’t able to fit all my products inside. It would take up quite a bit of space in a suitcase, but that’s my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions. I thought it would be easier to fit in a suitcase because it would give some, but the outside is solid. I gave this a 4 because it’s good quality, not sure about the zipper quality yet and the problems I have with it are from not paying attention to the description better.
