I really like the taste of Body Armor, especially the strawberry banana and blue raspberry. I used to like Gatorade, but now it just has way too much sodium (tastes really salty too) for normal daily consumption outside of actual workout sessions/physical activities. You only need lots of extra electrolytes (especially sodium aka salt) if you're physically active because you sweat them out. Ounce for ounce, body armor is just shy of being half as many calories as higher calories sodas like mountain dew, which is pretty cool too. The other cool thing is body armor doesn't have any artificial colorings or flavors added. I feel like so many beverages nowadays have all these extra chemicals/dyes that just aren't needed.
