Just received two of these today. Great quality, soft and heavy leather. I have two french bulldogs that are 15.5” and 16”” in the neck, and both have enough collar left over, I bought both of them a size medium. I’ve seen comparable quality collars in stores for about $35-$45 each, so this was a great product at a great price. (I attached some photos to show the buckle and tag holder, and how much collar was left after putting on a medium for a 15” neck... good fit, not a lot of collar hanging off the end.)

I purchased this collar for my 11 month GSD. I measured her neck to be about 16", knowing that she still has growing and filling out to to do. The sizing on the collar is accurate. I used the second to the smallest setting, so I still have 4 notches for growth This collar is very flexible and seems to be of very good quality. It is soft, not the hard unyielding leather that some collars are made from. The width is a shade under 1 1/4" which is a perfect collar width on her. I do not care for the wider width collars offered from other sellers. I am transitioning her off of her training pinch to a regular collar. This seems to be a comfortable, strong collar that will hold up to her occasional puppy antics. I probably could have gotten the 15" - 19" size and it would have fit also, but being leery on fit, I chose to go with the 16" - 21". I recommend this collar highly. If it doesn't hold up, breaks, etc., I'll update this review.

This collar is well constructed and made of leather, but the leather is way to thin for my dog. It came in the mail folded up in a small package. I didn't recognize what it was at first. Upon removing the paper wrapping I was surprised to see it was the collar I ordered. So thin and pliable that it could be folded over & over. I need a collar much thicker to hold my doggy. I'm sure it would work for a more petite dog.

Very happy with this as it feels really good quality and my pooch no longer looks so scruffy having replaced his old one! For anybody buying one I'd recommend buying the size range where your pups neck is in the middle e.g. my dog has an 18 inch neck and I bought 16-20 inch because if you have lots of spare leather by buying big and making your own extra hole if it's not quite right, over time the excess leather just curls and looks messy.
