We care about Quality & Freshness.
We handpicked and handmade our cacao pods, harvested by hand and cracked open to carefully get the beans, which is covered and left to ferment, sun-dried and sorted based on size and quality.
Savvy chocolatiers are careful to source their cacao beans from healthy plantations, where the trees, pods and workers are well-cared for.

Wonderful Chocolates from a Company that cares about Customer Service!
These are delicious! I ordered them for a family Valentines treat for all of us to share since the kids are not “kids” anymore. Unfortunately the severe weather that has plagued the US hit and the shipment was delayed and the chocolates were waylaid in Fort Lauderdale over a warm weekend. I contacted Customer service concerned about what happens if the chocolates were ruined. Gina from Fames let me know that there was a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and that if there were issues to let them know. No one can control the weather so I decided to wait and see how they faired before contacting customer service again. When they came in I was met with melted chocolates, beautiful packaging but melted nonetheless. I replied to Gina’s email and very shortly I had a response that a replacement was on the way. I received them today and they were extra insulated with a cold pack! I am sold on these chocolates! Terrific Customer care and a great product. They have a wide selection and fresh flavors. I will definitely be ordering more from them. Thank you Fames!!!
