I use the 80 volt Kobalt to power my edger and Kobalt blower. I do a very long sidewalk and drive and out of three charge lights only one goes out. I could go on for another 30 minutes or so. It also recharges fast.

Good new-looking charger for Kobalt 80v batteries.

Charger is the original equipment and the same as the one supplied with my Kobalt mower. It appears to work just fine. My only gripe is that it was in a generic thrown-together box that looked like it was made by a kindergartener, with no internal packing materials (there was air packing in the outer shipping box) and the cord was haphazardly wrapped and tied. It did include a manual.

I'm assuming this was probably a pull from a Kobalt set rather than a used item, as it did not appear to be used. Just not the best customer experience to find such shoddy packing. But for less than 2/3 of the price of the charger from Lowes, I will stick with it.

And DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE GREENWORKS BATTERIES to charge (unless you're planning to modify it)! The GreenWorks batteries' lower guide slot is slightly lower than the Kobalt ones.
