Based on her experience with diverse corporate cultures, Orna has taken lessons learned from some of the more results-oriented and successful organizations and applied these fundamentals to today’s unique corporate environments. Orna’s personal development courses – Peak Performance Workshops – have been given to thousands of business professionals across the country. Before founding OrnaSpeaks, Orna managed East Coast Field Marketing for Time Warner Telecom, where she developed and delivered field marketing programs into seventeen major U.S. cities. Orna created programs that included fundamentally new ways to train sales teams in Best Practices for Time Management, Productivity Improvement and Team Building. Orna has an MBA from Northeastern University, a BS from Boston University and currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.
