In 2019 an UK customer received a flawless clear quartz wand. Beause the wand is such a rare quality without any inclusions or flaws that sounded too good to be true to this customer, she/he wrote a negative 1-star review and commented: "This is just glass. Good quality glass. That's all. Rubbish. It's a bloody scam."
The picture above was the one this customer posted. Such a rare, flawless wand would be probably 1 out of 1000 or even rarer in our stock

I'm updating the review and revising the rating. My previous review is below. I'm upgrading the rating based on the seller's actions. Even before my previous negative review was posted, the seller followed up to see if I was happy with my order. When I let them know I was not, they offered to ship me a replacement (I had returned the original stone). They sent me two stones, both are very pretty, although still not the size that would fit the description. So I can't give this 5 stars as the description needs to be revised. The four stars are for the seller who seems to really care, and the quality of the new crystals (not the size).Previous review: Stone is half of the described length. Nah-ah. Completely different than described! Returned. Seller seems to indicate 5.1 to 6.3 inches. Real stone? 2.5 inches. See picture. I know there is huge variety in natural stone, but this one is dull and completely opaque. Not what is being described. Not to mention, the packaging - no box, no bubble wrap, nothing to protect it. Returned.

Despite lots of bad or mediocre reviews, the rose quartz crystal I received was absolutely perfect. The color could have been a bit deeper, but it is still obviously rose quartz. But other than that there are no flaws, perfectly cut and polished. Very happy with it.
