Good tolerance to the dishwasher (top rack) for both the body and the lid. I didn’t notice that they retained any taste from washing in it as someone else said. Maybe it’s the soap? I use Members Mark pod-style ones from Sams Club, not the “pretty enough to eat” ones that cost twice as much and don’t do any better. Maybe that’s the difference.
I didn’t spray with oil and had no trouble removing the firmer Egg Bites (not so much the softer yogurt cheese ones). I’m going to try rubbing the mold with ghee anyway and see if it makes them release even better. My suggestion? Don’t get this one; get the two-pack instead.
The product arrived without damage and nicely packaged. The recipe pamphlet is nice, but I would appreciate a larger font. Either way, it is a great starting off point. I didn’t notice a chemical smell at all and I find that the mold is very sturdy and well made. I don’t mind handwashing the mold; I treat it with the same care as I do my good knives and cookware - never in the dishwasher!
Because my counter space is somewhat limited, my 6 qt cooker spends a lot of time in a cupboard. But, my 3 Qt IP mini is always out. I liked the Aozita egg bite mold so much that I recently also purchased the smaller one (4 wells) for my mini. She works just as well as her big sister. Same great quality, smaller footprint.
I have a new grandson arriving in September and am looking forward to using the molds to freeze baby food for him. I’m also looking forward to finding more recipes for this useful little gadget.
I don't have an Instant Pot, so I steamed them for 20 minutes with the lid on. (I used the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System (MC750) with 1 cup of water set to 400 degrees, but you could just as easily steam it in a large pot on the stovetop, using a wire rack or steamer basket to lift it over the water.) I followed the provided recipe for the bacon & gruyere bites, but I forgot to buy cottage cheese, so I used 1/2 cup of heavy cream in total.
I definitely recommend blending the mix according to the instructions if you want them smooth and fluffy (they were SO TENDER!) but if you don't care about texture, you can just mix them by hand. They reheated beautifully in 30 seconds in a covered dish in the microwave.
The only downside is that (based on other reviews) you can't just throw them in with a normal dishwasher load. Supposedly you CAN wash them on the top rack with no detergent, but I'm not going to run a whole cycle for one item. That's a limitation of silicone in general, not of this product in particular, so I'm not taking off any stars.

I only wish there were slightly fewer eggs spots in each mold. That would allow for each to be slightly wider, and not such a high dome. It would also make it possible to do plain poached eggs in it. As it currently is, poached eggs are difficult to get just right, because it cooks funny with the height of each spot.
The lid on it is useless to me, because I pop all the eggs I’ve cooked out and eat them right away, and put the remaining leftover eggs or two in a smaller container.
All in all, though, it does what it says, and makes it easy to have a good egg and veggie breakfast. (Keep in mind, all the veggies and other ingredients will sink during the pressure process, so they are all packed at the dome of the egg mold. That’s just the nature of the beast.)
