Wow! This chair is absolutely amazing. Recently, I have started to notice that I am not getting massages regularly as I am going to the gym. About once a month I get a proper massage and costs around $100. Plus, time going to get a massage and the entire process. After Christmas 2014 I have purchased this chair.
I have done extensive research into the Zero Gravity massage chairs and damn I think this one nails it. Currently, I am writing the review while massaging on shiatsu zero gravity 2. Yes, there are different massage combinations. Relaxation, Upper Back, Lower Back, Activate (Energizing), shiatsu.
Chair does also have vibrating massage while having heat and on top of that with the several modes!! Words cannot explain. It massaged your entire feet, calves, hands, forearm, and shoulders. The chair encompasses your body like a cocoon it is wonderful.
It can do THREE modes of ZERO GRAVITY!!! Woah, dang there are chairs out there that only do 1 mode for thousands more.
Leather is high quality and gives off a wonderful fresh leather/car smell when it comes through.
The shipping was good except shipping company did not let me know it was here a couple of days prior. That is my fault as I had my office contact on there. Chair is around 200 lbs and did not fit through my condo front door. The delivery driver was cool. DO NOT PLAN ON GETTING THIS UP ANY STAIRS. Chair is probably heavier than your couch. Since it did not fit through the door I just whipped out my scissors and unpieced it. The company did well with protective layers and "box within a box" with tons of heavy duty Styrofoam. I am not a fan of popcorn LUCKILY chair did not. Going back to luxury this chair was well shipped. Definitely worth the wait
This massage chair is great for professionals to take care of their bodies as it definitely relieves tension and TOXINS from your back and lungs.
My lifestyle is that I am a young professional and am busy throughout the day. It saves me a lot of time and feel great. I have also changed my diet with which this chair helps with. I can feel my toxins out and ENERGY levels BOOSTED!
My family had come over to my condo and my sister had tried Relaxation her quotes was "I feel like I am in Heaven"
-This item is luxury and novelty so, I wanted family to definitely know the true benefits of this chair. For the holidays I almost bought it for the parents but, they would not use it due to luxury.
Assembly is pretty easy and the communication with the company is great.
-You will need a screw driver philips or flat head to screw in shoulder pad (amazing!!)
I mainly bought this for my back as I did not know what to expect with a kick ass massage chair I figured back would be it. This chair does your entire body. Only part of your body it does not do is your thighs or else it would really great too amazing. I can tell that my sex life and sleep quality have increased.
Warranty is pretty solid.
TV watching you should have your TV wall mounted at least 4-5 feet off the ground as in any Zero Gravity it is great. I
Overall, the best buy of 2015 for me I cannot think of much to top this treat I bought myself. It is definitely an awesome piece of furniture too. I sit in it regularly as it has good posture.

Oh my gosh! I'm in love!
This chair is absolutely awesome! The seller is amazing in that they called on a Sunday to verify my info and get started towards timely shipment. It shipped from California Monday and arrived here in the west AZ, Sonora Desert on Thursday. The delivery company brought a regular 53ft trailer that COULD have come to my street out here in the desert, but when he called for directions, i decided I would go to his location and have him load it onto my side by side. By doing that, I could back it right up to my porch step. It is heavy and big. My hubby helped me get it out of the box and I got it into the house (I was a farmer so am still pretty stout at almost 60..and hubby is double leg amputee so it would have been awkward for us both to move it) Again, it IS heavy, but It wasn't hard to put together..except for #7 air hose to the shoulder bags...once I found that it wasn't connected, all was good. Later that day, a letter from the Ideal company came stating to look for that hose and included some other helpful tips. This chair does a lot more than you would expect for the price. 3 things it doesn't do is... it doesnt have a "tap or percussion", doesn't have a stretch, doesn't lift the footrest (which also doesn't rotate into a flat rest like higher dollar Ideal chairs do) independently...it has a timer even for just reclining the chair. Those are the bad things. The good list is so much longer. It is comfy to sit in once you climb into the cockpit, it has great airbag pressure for legs, thighs, arms, and shoulders. It has heat and vibrate on the manual side (it has manual settings as well as 4 auto programs). It looks kind of, um, different but the more I look at it, the more I like it. The material is probably a high grade leather look vinyl, and is nice quality. The info doesn't say what it is and I wish it had..I wish it had said lots more about the chair. The control pad is easy to operate and doesn't HAVE to be mounted. I did, just to keep it in easy reach/sight. You do have to know how to use a screwdriver for the control holder and the shoulder airbag attachments. Mine has a little different bottom control area where the power cord attaches but that's not a problem. They Ideal company gives you phone numbers to call for help and a very good warranty. They say the chairs are made to be repaired by consumers. I have a friend that has a 9 year old Ideal massage chair and he had to make one repair in all those years and the company supplied the part and instructions. I am impressed with this chair, the seller, and the manufacturer. I would buy it again and I have friends that just might get one. If it ever wears out, I will replace it with another Ideal from this seller, but I think that will be many years down the road.
