The included Triple Clean Toothbrush provides a round brush head and 3 cleaning modes for a superb brushing experience, while the Water Flosser gets deep between teeth and below the gumline to remove plaque and debris that brushing alone misses. And it helps prevent tooth decay and future dental work. It's also perfect for anyone with braces or implants, and those with crowns, bridges, and veneers. Complete with 10 water pressure settings for gentle to maximum cleanse, 5 water flossing tips, 2 brush heads, toothbrush travel case, tip storage case, and 2-year warranty. Waterpik Water Flossers are clinically proven to remove 99.9% of plaque from treated areas and are 50% more effective at improving gum health vs. string floss.

To maximize the capacity and life of the rechargeable batteries, give the unit a full charge (24 hours) prior to the first use. Do not use the unit with the charger pin engaged. For extended battery life, the battery should be charged at least 8-10 hours after 7-10 reservoirs of water. Do not allow the product to completely discharge.

Fully charge the unit before extended periods of no use. The battery will bleed down its charge in 6-9 months. We recommend fully charging every month when the unit is in storage.

NOTE: applying too much pressure during brushing can negatively impact oscillating speed.

Toothbrush is Worthless
Waterpik is amazing and brilliant and great and Ive never enjoyed flossing until now. Great clean feeling after using it every morning. I consider it a quality of life upgrade that is essential for best gum health now.I bought this specific model because I wanted an electronic toothbrush to pair with my improved flossing habits. I purchased this item on May 10 2019 for the smaller footprint on the counter than others and the combination toothbrush. I set up the waterpik, allowed the toothbrush to charge all the way and then let the toothbrush sit off the charger between uses to not overcharge the battery. Two days ago the toothbrush charge ran out and I put it on the charger and it has simply bot worked. Charge indicator is on but battery will not retain any charge. It worked for a month and a half on ONE charge and died. The toothbrush portion is useless for what it was purchased for so I'm giving this product 1 star.

I like this combo unit because having a toothbrush and waterflosser in the same unit saves counter space. I bought this one to replace a solo water flosser unit that my dentist gave me after my dental implant was complete years ago. I prefer this new unit to the old one because of the design and engineering. The on/off buttons are easily placed for comfortable operating which makes it much easier to use the water pik part without getting myself and my bathroom wet! I also like the round shape of the toothbrush head as opposed to brands with oval/ oblong heads because they are easier to maneuver in my mouth for brushing without spraying toothpaste on the mirror, etc. The toothbrush stopped working after only about 5 months but a call to customer service and they are sending me a replacement unit at no charge.

I have had this item for about 6 months and it has a lot of issues. First, the oscillating tooth brush heads are horrible. They oscillate the first few times you use them and then after that they only vibrate and don't feel like they are doing anything. I have had Oral-B oscillating tooth brushes for years and this never happened with them. The heads on the waterpik only last a few weeks tops. Second, after reading other reviews, I found that you can't store the toothbrush on its base (I checked and it's in the manual) or it voids the warranty. So the base is useless except for charging. My Oral-B toothbrushes were stored on charging base for years with no issues and I only replaced them because they got grungy but still worked perfectly. The waterpik itself works fine but I also paid for the toothbrush which is useless. I would not recommend this product and I won't buy any waterpik products ever again after this, I feel ripped off.

I definitely use the pick part way more often than I do with flossing, although I'm not sure this is meant to replace flossing so I continue to do all three. It's very convenient to have both the tooth brush and the flosser right next to each other and it couldn't be easier to use. Overall, I wish the water pump was quieter and the brush was a little stronger. It feels a bit weak but they're wonderful at what they do so if you can snag a nice deal on these you won't regret it.

This product was very disappointing for the price. The reason I bought it is because I have braces and needed a waterpik and also wanted an electric toothbrush. I liked the compact size. I bought it in August 2018 and the electric toothbrush only lasted till the end of March 2019 before it broke. Only 7 months of use. It is very frustrating and disappointing because you cannot buy a replacement toothbrush for the unit. The waterpik part still works fine but for some reason the toothbrush won’t charge and work. Very disappointing for the money. UPDATE: I called the Waterpik company direct this morning to express my disappointment and see if they could do anything for me since I had it for such a short time. The customer service lady was very helpful and understanding and said it should be under warranty. I gave her the serial number of the unit and since it was under warranty she went ahead and mailed me a new unit no charge. The company is great to work with and they stand behind their products. Hope this new unit lasts longer! I really like the compact design and that it is not a large unit, saves space on the counter.
