Fits a 2nd Generation Farberware Electric Pressure Cooker
These are my new favorite kitchen toys! My pictures show the accessories in my 2nd Generation Farberware Pressure Cooker, everything fits perfectly. I keep looking for reasons to use the egg cups. I scoured the Internet for recipes, and most of them boil down to this for Egg Bites: 4 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/4-1/2 cup of precooked additions (crumbled bacon, diced ham, your favorite greens, whatever), and seasonings to taste. Don't skip the cottage cheese (the result will be very dry) - the cottage cheese makes the Egg Bites creamy and moist, skip it and they'll be dry and dull. Also, precook any meats and veggies (a quick saute in a pan will do). Add the appropriate amount of hot water to your pressure cooker (varies by manufacturer) and preheat while you mix everything up. Whisk everything together, fill the egg cups about 2/3's full, cover with the included silicone cover, and lower onto the included metal trivet using the included pan grabber. Seal and cook on high for 8 minutes and then wait 5 minutes before releasing the steam. Pull the cups out after the 5 minutes and using the included tongs, pull each Egg Bite out of the mold. You should have enough egg mixture to make two rounds of egg cups. They are best fresh, but leftovers can be put in the fridge and reheated in the microwave. I've also heard you can freeze these, but I haven't tried it yet. I will admit that when I saw the little tongs, I thought they looked like a kid's toy - but they are perfect for getting Egg Bites out of the egg mold. Slip one side of the tongs around the egg bite, twist a little, and the Egg Bite should slip up. You can then grab it with the other side of the tongs and move it to a plate.

Steamer Basket is ESSENTIAL for an INSTANT POT!

I FINALLY broke down and bought this steamer insert for my instant pot. I have been wondering if I really needed a basket inside a pot which does seem sort of silly. Well, if you like cooking veggies or other small items it just makes it much quicker to get the food out. Instead of scooping spoonfuls of broccoli or asparagus out, I can just lift the entire steamer basket and VOILA! I was stuck between deciding on just a steamer basket or a combo pack like this one. I don't have all the other fancy accessories with my instant pot, so I went for the bundle package. I have also tried the egg steamer grate and I love it! Its the best way to make hard boiled eggs! I would definitely recommend getting a bundle package if your instant pot didn't come with any accessories. I absolutely love the steamer basket and I wish I had bought this sooner. The other goodies in the pack are pretty self explanatory and I haven't had the opportunity to use them yet.

Cooked some Indian delicacies(mini idly) using this. Turned out very well, soft and tasty.My wife loved them. Each and every item is very useful.Most importantly, its easy to clean. Instant pot along with all these accessories made my life very easy. And if you like boiled vegetables, it is quite comfortable to do with the steamer basket included.
