Very disappointed, some boards are really bowed and some have cracks/splits. Clearly, these are not the quality I needed. Just moved back into my home and opened them, now we can't even get our beds set up!!! Not happy at all!!! Slats are bowing down and mattress is sinking

Delivered in December and started using it on an antique brass bed that was my mothers. Worked great until the last week or so. Now 2 of the boards have bowed down and my mattress is sinking into the area. I’d like advice on what can be done, please.
