I've been following Jason Lemkin and Aaron Ross for a couple of years now. They always brings great insight and thought provoking ideas for those in technology start-ups, but particularly so for those of us in SaaS. This book is a must have if you are in SaaS. Lots of great metrics and rules of thumb for all areas of the business, and for all stages of SaaS companies. Buy it, read it, and use those ideas that resonate, and are applicable to your SaaS business. I refer to this book all the time.
