‘The Wife Arrangement’ is one of the best Penny Wylder Books she’s written... she’s always fun, steamy and fast but this had depth and the character development was fabulous. Dee was gorgeous, feisty and just a hoot - you wanted her as a friend and Jasper was naughty, arrogant, sexy and so divine.

Jasper needs a wife to get the one thing he wants in life, his father's company.
Dee is a college girl looking for and internship. When she gets an offer she really can't refuse, Dee decides to help Jasper out. The only problem is the more time they spend together the stronger their feelings get. The chemistry between Jasper and Dee is off the charts. And when they fall ... well... you just have to read it...

I love the fake relationship trope. Like SO much. And this book had a cute twist to it where Dee and Jasper can actually joke about how they have to make it believable etc.

I enjoyed the pace of this story, but I feel like we had super detailed smut seasons and then the moments where they were meant to get to know each other, the moments that justify the emotions were just mentioned in passing.

It could just be me…but it was just pleasant. Nothing that will rock your world, but a read you won’t regret either.

Different, very appealing storyline. I loved this book because the characters are not what you would expect in a love story. They meet by accident, boy needs a pretend wife, girl needs a job. They are so different but they fall in love, meet the big Greek family and finally accept how they really feel about each other. Good read.

THE WIFE ARRANGEMENT is a quick read and if you don’t look too closely at the plot execution, it is somewhat entertaining. It’s full of clichés, and while this does not automatically mean a book is sub-standard, the shorter length was not enough to convince me about the characters or their path to a happy ever after.

Jasper is in way over his head when it comes to Dee because she is the kind of woman he didn’t know he needed and would never have found on his own. He had never met anyone who knew as much about cars as he did and it was exciting to be able to talk to her about his work. The humor with which they bounce car ideas off of each other is refreshing and it makes their relationship so much more realistic. We all have the desire to love someone inside of us and it just takes the right person to show us the way.

Dee felt she could never love anyone or be loved but after getting to know Jasper she realized that she had met the man of her dreams, but was afraid that she would wake up one morning and he would be gone. They came from different backgrounds and she was concerned that once his parents met her they would feel that she wasn’t good enough for their son. Dee knew that his family was very important to him and she hoped that they would love her as much as she loved their son.

This book is about the importance of family, finding love when you least expect it and believing that when you meet the right person, you will know it. Jasper and Dee made me laugh and I loved this feisty couple from the moment they met and ultimately, they learned that love is never expected but is always welcome.
