Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother

Is Bragg apple cider vinegar pasteurized?

Bragg ACV is raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

What is the “mother”?

The Mother is a matrix consisting of strands of proteins, cellulose, and other compounds in apple cider vinegar produced during fermentation. Cellulose and apple solids including pectin are also part of The Mother.

How is apple cider vinegar made?

There is a two-step fermentation process. First, the sugars in crushed apples are converted to alcohol during “fermentation”- the same process to make wine or beer. The alcohol is then converted into vinegar, which creates acetic acid.

Winter is here and I work around a lot of small children. Keeping something like apple cider vinegar with the "Mother" on hand is essential at this time of year I forget where and when I first heard about starting your day off with a cup of hot water with ACV and honey in it - lemon is also a great addition - but it's something that I've come to enjoy most mornings. I make the first cup when I arrive at work, before I make my coffee, and settle into my day. After all of these years, I do believe that it works well to boost the immune system when fighting off the bugs that these little creatives like to impose upon us. This is one of my favorite brands because it is organic and affordable, with consistently good quality and flavor.

I am diabetic since more than 15 years. Within 15 days it shows. My sugar level drastically reduced. I was taking 1000 metaformin in morning and 500 before lunch. It reduced to only 500 metaformin in morning.
Really it works.
But cons are there. Faced some problem with stomach. Latrine is not clear. Suffering from loose motion.
Again when I used to take just a cap of ACV with 2 full glass of water early in the morning, the problem was rectified.
However, very good product.
Now, I am thinking; why shouldn't I tried it earlier.
Must buy and try.
