I did a 10 month raw vegan diet to lose weight and reached my goal weight. In researching raw food diets I found that many people lose bone mass because they need K2. K2 directs the calcium to the places the body needs it like bones and teeth. So I promptly bought some. I think it's what has saved my bones and teeth.Packaging-they come in a plastic screw lid bottle (no child safety lid). There are 50 pills in a bottle and serving size is only 1 pill everyday, so they will last 1.5 months. The pills are capsules and smaller than average so they are super easy to swallow. The capsules are not bovine gelatin so they are vegetarian which is perfect for me.Taking the pill-I have had no adverse elections, the small pills are easy to take and even mixed with my cocktail of vitamins in my daily routine I have not had any tummy trouble. K2 is one of the vitamins that I don't have any tangible evidence to know if it's working or not, but I can add that at my dentist appointment they said my teeth look really good. Which after that long raw many people end up with horror stories of tons of cavities. I am happy with this little pill as part of my day, I feel like it's keeping me healthy and strong.[...] If you have any questions at all, please ask and I will try to answer to the best of my ability. This is an easy product to like. The benefits of vitamin K2 are becoming more widely known, and this product contains the most beneficial form, MK-7. The packaging is clean, the capsules are small and easy to swallow, and have no odor or taste.

I contacted the seller and asked for a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent lab. This is important because unless an independent party can verify what's in the supplement we are simply taking their word for it. There is absolutely no way for the average consumer to know what's in the capsule. The seller responded with this:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to provide and reveal the Certificate of Analysis to our customers. However, we can reassure you that our products are manufactured strictly in FDA registered, GMP certified facility in USA. And, shipped from USA."

FDA registered and GMP really don't mean much in practice. GMP is a set of guidelines for manufacturing and record keeping, but from what I understand there is no third-party that certifies that the facility is staying in compliance.

I received this product at a discount in exchange for an unbiased review. My opinion is that if you spend money on this product you don't have any way of knowing if you are getting what you paid for.
